★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice selection of merchandise however I don't think it acceptable to have to search a store to find someone to pay and then have to wait 20 minutes before they arrive! Although the girls who worked there were very friendly I think it would be a good idea to always have someone controlling the till area and available to help customers.

2) the sales assistant needs a product and customer service course urgently
3) you are understaffed in the home section
It took 30 min for the sales associate to get to me busy with other clients buying a candle to which she dedicated much more time than she did to me. I was decided to buy a “piumino”, She contradicted me on the size of my own bed and recommended something smaller than what I needed. I asked her if I could open it because I had a doubt on the size she said no ... good thing I did not trust her cause and left because certainly the size was not correct. She was NOT rude, but very unprepared and also alone in a big area of the store. Also the rest of the staff was bad
