E	Emanuela G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un bracciale on line il 20/12 /18 ,perché non vi era disponibilità presso questo negozio dove ho già acquistato ,chiedendo il pick up nella stessa sede.Ho dovuto chiedere un reso per la misura troppo piccola in data 24/01/19 sempre appoggiandomi a questo negozio perché apparentemente molto gentili e disponibili,ma dopo un mese dal reso scopro che il mio bracciale è lì disponibile al ritiro da 25 giorni,nonostante le mie continue sollecitazioni.La risposta era sempre la stessa "mi lasci il numero la ricontattiamo".MAI FATTO!!!E IL BRACCIALE ERA LI.BASTAVA CONTROLLARE 2 MINUTI E DIRMI CHE POTEVO RITIRARLO!!!! Io credo che sia vergognoso un servizio del genere perché anche se per gli acquisti on line non guadagnate nulla,perché questo mi è stato detto, potevate guadagnarci e/o mantenere una cliente che invece non tornerà mai più perché l'errore più grande è prendere in giro i clienti. Purtroppo la mia recensione non servirà a nulla non avrà conseguenze,lo so, ma almeno provo a consigliare di non affidarsi a voi per gli acquisti on line!!!!! I think it is shameful a service like that because even if you do not earn anything for online purchases, because this was told to me, you could earn and / or keep a customer who will never come back because the biggest mistake is to take around customers. Avevo comprato degli orecchini a loro detta in oro, non placcati oro, sono diventati verdi dopo un mese, così come una catenina in oro davvero fragile che si continuava a rompere. In generale non consiglio l’acquisto di gioielli da stroili. Poor jewelry, rude shop assistants. La qualità non corrisponde al prezzo. È una presa in giro assoluta. Vergogna! The jewels, bought in this shop or lose lucidity or the jewel. E	Elisabetta Filippone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trascurando i tempi di attesa per la fattura, due cose fortemente negative: a gennaio andiamo a vedere delle fedi prezzo intorno ai 180 cadauna e in più da applicare il 20%, la ragazza ci dice che potremo ordinarle in qualsiasi momento poiché prezzi fissi sulle fedi e torniamo il 7 febbraio, peccato però che erano aumentare ciascuna da 180 a 229 (e già abbiam perso 50€circa su ogni fede). Torniamo a ritirare le fedi, c’era in omaggio un portagioie promo di febbraio, che però alla consegna non era in busta e non ci è stato “regalato”. She said there’s a ring at another store and it should arrive in a few days. 2 weeks went by again and nothing, so I came back and apparently the ring at the other store is already sold cause the lady FORGOT to order the ring before. Don’t know how that’s even possible honestly. And she apologized but doesn’t matter really time was wasted.
