Scarsa disponibilità a seguirci nella vendita di un paio di occhiali da sole . Ci siamo recati poi nel negozio monomarca Rayban, sito all’interno del c/c , dove abbiamo trovato persone qualificate e professionali . Abbiamo fatto qui i nostri acquisti . Spero vivamente che lei di gran vision impari a lavorare , altrimenti perderà altri potenziali clienti . I am sorry to see that unprofessional, listless and rude people work here. Mi avevano detto di aspettare "qualche giorno" e che mi avrebbero avvisato per sms dell'arrivo delle lenti. siamo al 14/7 e nessun avviso. Cerco di chiamare da giorni per avere informazioni e nessuno risponde. PESSIMO SERVIZIO ho contattato il servizio clienti e mi dicono che non possono fare nulla: avanti così I ordered the lenses last 5/7. L'acquisto dell'occhiale da vista e successivamente da sole sono stati consigliati da Andrea che, con estrema professionalità ha saputo gestire il mio decifit e cogliere con gentilezza tutte le mie richieste. Devo però fare un appunto sull'atteggiamento inopportunamente maleducato di una delle operatrici (la ragazza con i capelli rossi) che con delle occhiatacce ripetute e provocatorie mi ha creato non poco disagio; mi sono - solo - presentata senza appuntamento a causa dell'impossibilità di poterlo prenotare al tel e ho colto l'occasione di una commissione al centro per fissarlo di persona. Ho speso una follia ed ho un paio di occhiali, progressivi, che per vedere a fuoco una persona di fronte a me devo guardare verso il cielo. Ed hanno ancora ragione loro. Ma un programma “Ottici da Incubo”? Senza parole, pessimi! Fashion store prices and Hard Discount service. Ho ritirato i miei nuovi occhiali 2 giorni fa e mi vanno benissimo. Grazie al prossimo esame della vista. Super competent staff! Mi spiace sia l'ottica più vicina a casa aperta la domenica... lo sconsiglio perché bastava scusarsi invece di squadrarmi. non sono solito fare cattive recensioni ma visto che non è la prima volta spero che alla persona che mi ha servito oggi venga fatto un discorsetto su come approcciare con i clienti.

The staff was super friendly, Andrea helped us through the process and spoke great English. We walked in and they were able to schedule an eye exam on the same day. They have a good selection of name brands. We ended up getting 3 pairs of glasses and we are very happy with our decisions. They are also dog friendly and allowed our dog inside the store while we shopped.
