Staff not very helpful. The rooms are dilapidated, old walls and furnishings. Basically not welcoming. Only the bathrooms are doing well.

Durante l'igiene mattutina non mancano strattonamenti da parte del personale per velocizzare il lavaggio dei pazienti. Il posto peggiore dove si può lasciare un anziano I worked on it. N	Nicole Corsi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per pagare poco il personale si avvalgono di una squadra di peruviani, cileni, rumeni, impreparati e inadatti a svolgere un lavoro nel quale è necessario avere competenze, pazienza e sensibilità. Eccetto due o tre dipendenti tutti gli altri arrivano direttamente dalla jungla!!! Lasciare il proprio padre o madre o parente in un luogo cosi fatiscente, con stanze inguardabili/invivibili e nelle mani di questa gente senza cervello (pagando poi anche un bel pò di soldoni) è l'ultima cosa che mi sento di consigliarvi!!! To pay little, the staff employ a team of Peruvians, Chileans, Romanians, unprepared and unfit to perform a job in which it is necessary to have skills, patience and sensitivity. Except for two or three employees all the others come directly from the jungle !!! Leaving your father or mother or relative in such a dilapidated place, with unwatchable / uninhabitable rooms and in the hands of these brainless people (also paying quite a few bucks) is the last thing I would recommend !!!
O	Olga Noro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia madre è stata ricoverata qui per 5 anni ; quando è stata trasferita dal nucleo Alzheimer al terzo piano perché ormai era impossibilitata a muoversi e quindi non era più necessario il nucleo protetto, sono cominciati i continui furti di vestiario fino al furto della fede nuziale che teneva al dito da 60anni; abbiamo avvertito la direzione senza ottenere nessuna attenzione. Persa la fiducia nella struttura siamo poi riuscita a portarla altrove. My mother was hospitalized here for 5 years; when she was moved from the Alzheimer unit to the third floor because by now she was unable to move and therefore the protected nucleus was no longer necessary, the continuous theft of clothing began up to the theft of the wedding ring she had been holding on her finger for 60 years; we notified management without getting any attention. Having lost faith in the structure, we then managed to take it elsewhere.

Non solo il personale e' gentilissimo sia con i pazienti che con gli ospiti, ma la mia congiunta ospitata nel centro riporta sempre esperienze positive. Durante il periodo di crisi del covid-19 si sono offerti addirittura di effetturare videochiamate per tenere i pazienti in contatto con le famiglie, impossibilitate a visitare i congiunti. I do not agree with the negative comments exposed in the previous comments and do not correspond to my experience. Not only is the staff very kind to both patients and guests, but my partner in the center always reports positive experiences. During the covid-19 crisis period, they even offered to make video calls to keep patients in contact with families, unable to visit relatives.
m	mario adorni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi chiamo Parapini M .Graziella,a seguito intervento di protesi totale al ginocchio,sono stata ricoverata x un periodo di riabilitazione al 3 piano del Polo Riabilitativo Anni /Azzurri di Cinisello.Sono assolutamente soddisfatta delle cure ricevute e della professionalità dei terapisti del Polo,in particolare ringrazio il fisioterapista Alessandro Sposato che con molta pazienza mi ha seguito e la responsabile Elena Barzaghi.Un ringraziamento di cuore alla Dott.ssaValentina Zambone che mi ha vorrei dare un consiglisupportato con la sua gentilezza nei momenti”no” e a tutto il personale sanitario.un grazie alle infermiere Isabella ,Angela e a tutto il personale OSS

Le 5 stelle vengono date naturalmente dai dipendenti, chi ha usufruito del servizio non può che dare 1 stella solo perché non si può mettere ZERO. Tenete lontani i vostri anziani se tenete a loro. Carelessness, incompetence and TOTAL disinterest in the few requests of family members. The 5 stars are naturally given by the employees, those who have used the service can only give 1 star only because it cannot be put ZERO. Keep your elders away if you care about them.
O	Oreste Aveni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi spiace ma non Sono d accordo Con le recensioni appena lette, gli operatori che hanno assistito mio nonno sono stati molto gentili, è vero gli arredi sono un po vecchiotti ma le persone vengono seguite bene.. Non Credo che sia cosi importante il mobilio ma credo che il valore di questa struttura sia il personale.. Mi sono fidato subito, dall acconglienza al personale al piano. Posso solo dire grazie a tutti. Concludo dicendo che ho mandato li altre persone e la pensano come me. I'm sorry but I don't agree With the reviews just read, the operators who assisted my grandfather were very kind, it's true the furnishings are a bit old but people are looked after well .. I don't think furniture is that important but I believe that the value of this structure is the staff .. I trusted immediately, from the welcome to the staff on the floor. I can only say thank you to everyone. I conclude by saying that I have sent other people there and they think like me.
