R	Roberto Ambrosin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A causa di un non recapito di due bollette mi sono visto costretto a pagare un sovrapprezzo di fornitura non residente quando sono residente da molto tempo, poi mi sono sentito dire telefonicamente che potrei aver preso le bollette dalla cassetta della posta e aver deciso di cestinarle e non pagarle, perciò sono costretto a pagare una cifra che non è la mia! A me i soldi per pagare non mancano, posso comperare tutta la baracca, mi da fastidio mi vengano fatti pagare cifre che non mi competono per una cifra lpa non mia! Almeno una scusa oppure un sospetto che davvero non mi fossero arrivate le bollette pensavo fosse doveroso! M	Monia Cappello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho appena chiamato perché devo fare una chiusura e una nuova apertura in un'altra casa, oltretutto avevo delle bollette insolute e ho chiesto se si potessero rateizzare , beh ho trovato una signorina veramente gentilissima e professionale che mi ha spiegato per filo e per segno come fare il tutto. Seri competenti e gentili con il cliente. I just called because I have to close and re-open in another house, plus I had unpaid bills and I asked if they could be paid in installments, well I found a really kind and professional young lady who explained to me in detail how do it all. Seriously competent and kind to the customer.
A	Andrea Ragazzoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho segnalato il 26/7 un problema alle ore 19 06 appena riattaccato dopo aver parlato con una persona gentile e rassicurante esattamente 6 minuti dopo mi contattava un tecnico dicendomi che se si trattava di un emergenza sarebbe intervenuto subito io lo ho ringraziato e detto che si poteva comunque rimandare a lunedì lui mi ha augurato un buon week end e mi ha detto che se c’era un problema di chiamare il cellulare suo. Lunedì mattina alle 8 poco piu sono intervenuti e alle 14 hanno finito. È un piacere essere serviti dalla vostra società I reported a problem on 7/26 at 19 06 as soon as I hung up after talking to a kind and reassuring person exactly 6 minutes later, a technician contacted me saying that if it was an emergency it would have intervened immediately I thanked him and said yes could still put off until Monday he wished me a good weekend and told me that if there was a problem to call his cell. Monday morning at 8 a little more intervened and at 14 they finished. It is a pleasure to be served by your company
A	Antonio Mattiello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In data di oggi 11 maggio 2022 ho dovuto contattare il numero verde dedicato alle emergenze per un problema di perdita di acqua all'interno dell'abitazione ma che era dovuto dalla seracinesca posta a monte e di competenza dell'azienda Piave Servizi. Nella stessa giornata sono riuscito a risolvere la questione al punto tale che l'azienda ha inviato sul posto un tecnico per risolvere la questione ed il tutto è andato a buon fine. Questo per dire che il servizio funziona bene solo che bisogna che anche noi clienti e consumatori del servizio Piave Servizi dobbiamo portare pazienza ed aver fiducia nell'operato altrui. Si ringrazia. On today 11 May 2022 I had to contact the toll-free number dedicated to emergencies due to a problem of water loss inside the house but which was due to the upstream shutter and the responsibility of the Piave Servizi company. On the same day I managed to resolve the issue to such an extent that the company sent a technician to the site to resolve the issue and everything went well. This is to say that the service works well only that we, customers and consumers of the Piave Servizi service, must be patient and have faith in the work of others. Thanks.
