★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dal 15 di Ottobre la caldaia non funziona. Situazione pesante, senza riscaldamento, con 2 gradi all esterno. Customer care risponde con prontezza ma parte "tecnica" diventa inefficiente senza soluzionare il problema. E siamo al 15 Dicembre.

Nel giro di 3 giorni non solo la perdita è stata individuata nel punto esatto ma è stata anche riparata. Finalmente una società competente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho contatto varie aziende per risolvere il problema della dispersione di calore in inverno e per non avere abbastanza fresco in estate, avendo un ristornante molto grande. Fino a quando non è intervenuta la Società Dotti che ha effettuato dapprima un sopralluogo per capire il problema per poi consigliarmi un efficiente impianto di riscaldamento/condizionamento che combinasse qualità e prezzo. Ora finalmente ho un impianto che mi permette di avere gli ambienti nella temperatura desiderata. Staff davvero competente e dei veri professionisti.
