m	marcello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ditta gestita da due fratelli da ormai credo una 30ina di anni, sono diventato cliente quando ancora erano nella vecchia sede, credo che a livello di città di Milano siano due dei pochi ormai tecnici rimasti che praticamente riescono a metter mano su qualsiasi tipologia di impianto riguardante il condizionamento. P	Paolo Tritapepe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Davvero una cattiva esperienza con un Centro che, non riuscendo ad reperire un ricambio, ci ha rimpallato per settimane anziché dirci chiaramente che non avrebbero potuto accontentarci in tempi brevi. Abbiamo perso il cliente per colpa di questo comportamento scorretto. Davvero fastidioso sentirsi dire che "solleciteranno e che la Referente in Tecnoair ci avrebbe fatto sapere": abbiamo chiamata 15 volte nell'arco di un mese senza avere MAI, dico mai, aver ricevuto un avviso che il ritardo si sarebbe protratto. Davvero una pessima gestione del cliente! Really a bad experience with a Center that, not being able to find a spare part, repacked us for weeks instead of clearly telling us that they could not satisfy us in a short time. We lost the client because of this misconduct. Really annoying to be told that "they will solicit and that the Referent in Tecnoair would have let us know": we have called 15 times in the space of a month without NEVER, I never say, having received a warning that the delay would have continued. Really a bad customer management!
