★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si trattava di una emergenza mi hanno detto che arrivava idraulico nell'arco di 1 ora.... Dopo 1 ora e 15 min ho richiamato per capire a che punto era e ho scoperto che non è nemmeno partito! Ha avuto un imprevisto! Zero senso di responsabilità! Bugiardi!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E già troppo 1 Stella sono stati veloci è vero arrivati in tempo 2 persone controllato l'impianto anche questo velocissimo dopo neanche 3 minuti ci hanno detto " CI DISPIACE NON SIAMO IN GRADO DI FARLE IL PREVENTIVO PER LA SOSTITUZIONE DELLO SCALDABAGNO" DEVE CHIAMARE LA DITTA DELLA MARCA DI QUELLO ESISTENTE In più LA USCITA PER NIENTE GRATIS COME DESCRITTO NEL SITO PERCHE' CI HANNO FATTO PAGARE IN CONTANTI SENZA RICEVUTA !! Quindi non solo non hanno fatto niente ma in più abbiamo pagato la loro uscita per niente

Chiamo questo idraulico che mi manda il “collega” che si presenta e ferma la perdita chiede 150€. Peccato che dopo 20 minuti il problema persiste, richiamo, dicono che torneranno con i pezzi mancanti, e spariscono.
Non rispondo più al telefono, per mesi.
Ovviamente la ricevuta dei soldi pagati che non potevano fare al momento causa dimenticanza del blocchetto, non mi è mai arrivata via mail come promesso.
NON CHIAMATELI, SONO DA DENUNCIARE!
