Sono sincero, ero molto scettico ma mi sono ricreduto dopo appena 30 secondi quando ho visto ben 3 persone per il mio intervento di sostituzione scaldabagno metano. La professionalità e l'attenzione si vede in ogni cosa: dalla passatoia pulita che mettono per tutto l'appartamento dove passano sino alla precisione nell'installazione e tutte le prove prima di andare via. Inoltre hanno risolto in appena 20min un ulteriore problema idraulico che sembrava impossibile da risolvere (per altri idraulici). Complimentissimi nuovamente Silvio
Where are the other stars? I'm honest, I was very skeptical but I changed my mind after just 30 seconds when I saw 3 people for my methane water heater replacement surgery. The professionalism and attention can be seen in everything: from the clean runner that they put throughout the apartment where they pass, to the precision in the installation and all the tests before leaving. They also solved an additional plumbing problem in just 20min that seemed impossible to solve (for other plumbers). Complimentissimi again Silvio

Innanzitutto mi ha fornito in fase di preventivo un ottimo servizio di assistenza, consigliandomi le soluzioni più adeguate al mio caso.
Nell'esecuzione dei lavori sono stati davvero professionali, hanno usato tutte le accortezze per non lasciare traccia dell'intevento in casa. Hanno preservato al massimo il mio pavimento in parquet, esenguendo il lavoro con la massima attenzione e cura per la casa. Il lavoro è stato gestito con puntualità e cortesia.

Pulizia del lavoro mai vista prima, hanno coperto qualsiasi cosa in casa potesse sporcarsi.
Preventivo chiaro e con tante scelte, a me hanno proposto produttori giapponesi (Toshiba, Mitsu, Daikin) e in particolare un modello appena uscito che ci è piaciuto subito tantissimo.
Avevamo in mano qualche preventivo leggermente più basso a prezzo pieno, ma una volta applicato lo sconto del 50% in fattura (che, ripeto, solo loro mi hanno offerto), ho finito per risparmiare comunque tantissimo.
