Uno in particolare il Ribolla gialla appena arrivato.
Ottimo perché fruttato al sentore di mela che si percepisce in gola.
Non eccessivamente tannico tanto da non far legare la lingua al palato.
Vino fermo da bere fresco che può accompagnare un intero pasto.
Vino che non appesantisce la testa.
Vino con moderati gradi.
