★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Francesco was amazing at helping me out. I showed up last minute and he accommodated me. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to take a stroll around Rome. Rented a mountain bike for 17 Euro's, you can't beat that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented 2 vespa’s for a day, we told him we wanted to go to Ostia and he very kindly welcomed us and told us what roads to take. We didn’t have any creditcards for the deposit but he accepted a very reasonable cash deposit. Super nice guy! Vespa’s were in good condition and price was good too. Recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend renting from this location. I rented two scooters for six hours at $80!! The service was great and the worker was very helpful giving us things to see and many helpful tips. This is the best way to see Rome and the best company to rent from!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was renting a Vespa for the 3rd time here. Absolutely can recommend them (before I rented bacci bicci). Even I had to change my Vespa two times I. A week because of little technical problems, it was done within 10 minutes. Perfect customer support...so kind, professional and in time!! Thanks to Francesco and Davide!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got 2 bicycles for 2 days for 22euros, wonderful bikes, very reliable, well priced.
Was provided with a cell phone holder for the bike aswel, which was very useful, as it allowed us to use google maps while navigating the streets of Rome. Was able to cover so much more ground with the bikes, than we would have if we were on foot.
We walked in without any reservations and the owner was nice enough to rent us 2 bikes.
Highly recommend this place for reasonable prices, friendly service and reliable bicycles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Long Story Made Short:
- Rented Vespa 125cc for 58€/24hr ($91CAD) in the afternoon
- It broke down on me in the countryside 2 hours from home in the evening
- All support numbers in seat would not answer
- Had to call 3rd party tow for 180€ ($270CAD) at 12am
- Got home at 4am
- Next day the Associate refunded 40€ in cash of the 58€ and said my credit card would be refunded
- Months later the charge is still on my statement and customer service doesn't want to refund as they said they still need to make a profit on the minimum use of 18€
- Company does not want to reimburse me for the tow cost of 180€ to return their defective Vespa.
- Still in ongoing talks
- Maybe I should have left their Vespa stranded in the middle of nowhere as it did to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to rent no problems with the Vespa and had a great time seeing Rome. Highly suggest trying this if you are a confident driver and like to take risks. Me and my wife had the time of our lives.
