★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo legato la bici ad un palo e quando vado a riprenderla mi è rimasta incastrata la chiave della catena all'interno del meccanismo, non riuscivo a scastrarla. Mi dicono di chiedere aiuto a "un negozio di riparazioni alla fine della strada" così vado, tutta trafelata.
I ragazzi sono stati gentilissimi, si sono messi di santa pazienza a cercare di risolvere e alla fine sono riusciti a liberare la bici, senza volere niente! Gentilezza, competenza e tanta umanità! Un negozio super dove tornerò prestissimo!
 I had tied the bike to a pole and when I go to take it back the key of the chain got stuck inside the mechanism, I could not get it away. They tell me to ask for help at "a repair shop at the end of the road" so I go, all out of breath.
The guys were very kind, they put themselves with holy patience to try to solve and in the end they managed to free the bike, without wanting anything! Kindness, competence and a lot of humanity! A super shop where I'll be back very soon!

They have helped me multiple times with fixing my road and mountain bikes and every time I have an emergency they always attend immediately. I'm usually very busy and they even go to my place to pick up my bikes and bring them back. Best bike shop in Rome!
