★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco professionali, ogni volta esco insoddisfata (una volta un commesso non sapeva come impostare le modalita’ di stampa come richieste e ho dovuto fare tutto da sola dal computer), a volte cercano di fregarti, motivo per cui cerchero’ di non andarci piu’ anche se purtroppo e’ il piu vicino a casa.
Unprofessional, every time I go out unsatisfied (once a salesman did not know how to set the print modes as required and I had to do everything myself from the computer), sometimes they try to rip you off, which is why I will try not to go there anymore although unfortunately it is the closest to home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professionalità e competenza, sanno il fatto loro in quanto a spedizioni: le quotazioni sono un po’ alte rispetto alle poste italiane ma offrono spedizioni tracciate e assicurate con i maggiori corrieri (Bartolini, UPS, DHL etc.)

Professionalism and competence, they know their stuff in terms of shipments: quotations are a bit high compared to the Italian postal services but offer tracked and insured shipments with major couriers (Bartolini, UPS, DHL etc.)
