β β β β β I went with my wife to get our 4 days of laundry done. I was to told to go into the basement so that is a bit weird. The machines are not coin operated. It requires the guy working there to do it. After we have sorted the whites from the colours. The guy says the price is is 15β¬ and 13β¬ for the two baskets of clothes. I almost laughed my self because I am pretty sure I had the word idiot written on my forehead. I told him that I will do my own laundry and that I do not need his help. Anyways that went nowhere. I wanted to do my own laundry for 10β¬ which I had done a few days earlier in Firenze. I left as it was just a strange place and it just gave me the ripoff vibe.
We are from Toronto to give you a sense of where I am from. I would not recommend this place to women or foreigners. Try the wash point laundromat about 5min away on foot.

β β β β β We took a whole suitcase of clothes there to be washed and about 2/3 dryed(~20 kilos). It came out to 33 euros in total. My wife and I went to Irish bar right next door(pretty good) to pass the time. We came back 90 mins later, and I cannot believe how well done everything was. I love it when someone takes pride in their work, and it showed up in the final result. The collars on my shirts were perfect, and I couldnβt be happier.

β β β β β We think it is a self-help laundry. When we got in, a staff brought us downstairs and said it is 6 Euros (we don't have a lot to wash, just a couple of Tee and underpants). I didn't have coins and asked for changes. I handed over the 5 dollar bills and the staff seemed to make a joke that bill is for him. I guess that is a bad joke because obviously we are strangers in the city. Turn out we got the changes and the price is indeed 6 Euros. I mean, we didn't expect service and we never wanted. Just let me do it ourselves. It defeat the purpose of coin laundry if I pay extra for services anyway.

β β β β β Although there's instructions on how to use the washer, there is also an attendant to help. The also provide the detergent and softener. Awesome!?

β β β β β Very friendly and understanding staff! My roommate and I went with different sized loads, hers being heavier than mine by a couple pounds, and we both paid 12 euro! It IS POSSIBLE to self serve here, but the option for them to wash, dry and fold your clothes comes out to the same price so what's there to lose? Service took about 2 hours, and they neatly folded my clothes. A clothes freshener was also added. I personally didn't mind the scent, but some might find it strong (it's the scent of the store as soon as you walk in.) Over all great first laundromat experience, would come back!!

β β β β β Super overpriced to do your own laundry. 7 euros to wash 5 to dry clothes still damp after 25 minutes. More if you donβt have your own soap. Go elsewhere.

β β β β β Our hotel was gonna charge 5-8 euros PER ITEM. Thatβs insane. We did a load of laundry at this place for less than 20 euros. Dropped it off in morning, picked up in afternoon/evening. Fantastic.

β β β β β It's not really self service, the guy there said I can do it myself or he can do it for me,it would still be the same price, which is 15 euro for wash and dry. So, obv he did it for me. The rates go according to a fairly large basket, it was plenty for all my stuff and my partners, we had a weeks worth of clothes. Excellent experience, clothes came back folded, dry and smelling great. Also, the staff were polite, thanks.
