Rude staff to begin with, they told me I can stand with a child 2 y old. Hello? Stand! The bus was crowded and I waited 1h almost, all that came were crowded and some didn't even stop. Costs 25 eur and they tell you to stand with a small kid. No thanks. Avoid. Chose Rome Open Bus instead, cheaper and kinder.

It goes to all the places you want to see and stop at. I particularly liked that they keep to their schedule and the hostess on the bus made us take a photo of it as it wasn't the same as the one on the Internet. When traveling with kids who get hungry and tired it was really good for us to be able to trust the schedule. We used the 24 hour ticket which was perfect for us to do lots of sightseeing in 2 days.

It was very hot and the Ac didn’t work on any of the buses we boarded, the staff was rude, various pushy people trying to sell anything from water to phone chargers when we boarded and exited the bus. The bus did travel to most of the popular site seeing locations and it was easy to board and exit the buses.

Booked a 48hour Rome tour and used this as an easy way to get around the city. We planned the route on a map and then highlighted what we wanted to see near each stop. Well worth doing.

Wouldn’t recommend - Lots of other bus companies that offer much more frequent service. Our first bus broke down and we had to transfer to different bus but not everyone could fit on. We also waited at an extremely overcrowded stop at the Vatican. Someone who looked like the manager was stood at the stop and told the 30-40 passengers waiting, there would be 2 busses in 10 minutes. 25 minutes later, we left and don’t get back on another bus service. They are not ready for the season. Hopefully more bush’s for peak season.

Overall very easy to book but we are glad we got our sight-seeing out the day on the Friday. Weekends were understandably very busy but they didn't have enough buses on route to cope with the volume of customers. Audio tour guide was very informative but wasn't always clear on what or where we should be looking. (Aside from your obvious and well known attractions, we did find it was easy to miss a couple along route)

Awful expirience at the bus stop. We’ve been waiting an hour for it to arrive. Haven’t seen the full bus yet, but even if it was a private luxury bus, it wouldnt be worth this long of a wait. And if the other reviews are anything to go off of, it sure isn’t.
