This is your place. Which of course it's not. This is THE sewer of restaurants in Rome. One to be avoided at all costs.

Long story short, the food was pretty poor (pretty sure the ravioli was from a Tesco packet) and half of the meal didn't turn up at all. We sat and watched them microwave our 'fresh' mixed vegetables in the middle restaurant. And they we're out of potatoes... which was odd. So we were unhappy with the meal all together and said as such to the waiter. Then the manager appeared. He bragan shouting at us, in perfect English I might add, that he served from the heart and had never had a complaint. We continued to say we wen't happy, to which he responded every time with "no understand English". Eventually he produced the bill, which had all of the items included that we never recieved. We refused to pay the full amount, we didn't receive the full meal. This was unacceptable to him, he stood in the door way, barring out exit and shouting to call the police. We tried to move past him, he stood there shouting how we hadn't paid, we had but not for food we didn't receive. Eventually we managed go push our way in to the street, I was left in the restaurant helping my grandmother and father out and with stood two mean shouting in my face that I was a robber and should get out of Italy tonight. Tl;dr food was bad and didn't turn up. Staff was unreasonable with criticism and made all of us feel in a large amount of danger. 1 star is frankly too much
M	Maura Mullen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caprese had green tomatoes not ripe and the carbonara had uncooked bacon and the eggs were scrambled. When we we returned our meals we were told that we were incorrect about what they should be and charged full price. The green tomatoes were “special” for caprese, then condoscendingly shown what mozzarella was as well. We put the money on the tray and it was whipped off of the table. Bad experience.
