★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per il mio compleanno, mia moglie mi ha voluto regalare carta intestata e biglietti da visita e lo ha fatto, ahinoi, dalla stessa tipografia dove avevamo fatto le nostre partecipazioni di nozze. Al momento della consegna abbiamo scoperto che sui biglietti era stato sbagliato il numero di telefono (che era invece corretto sulla carta intestata). Lo abbiamo fatto presente e ci è stato risposto seccamente che avremmo dovuto farglielo notare quando ci avevano mandato via mail le bozze e che se volevamo rifarli dovevamo pagarli ex novo. Abbiamo scelto di rivolgerci a un'altra società che, quando commette un errore, sappia prendersi le sue responsabilità invece di scaricarle, burocraticamente, sul cliente.
For my birthday, my wife wanted to give me headed paper and business cards and, alas, she did it from the same printer where we had made our wedding invitations. At the time of delivery we discovered that the phone number (which was correct on the letterhead) was wrong on the tickets. We mentioned it and we were answered flatly that we should have let them know when they had sent us the proofs by email and that if we wanted to redo them we had to pay them ex novo. We have chosen to turn to another company that, when it makes a mistake, knows how to take its responsibilities instead of downloading them, bureaucratically, to the customer.
