β β β β β La visita quest'anno Γ¨ stata una straordinaria esperienza di scoperta, di un posto tanto suggestivo quanto ricco di storia. Un ringraziamento particolare va alla nostra guida, Silvano Tiberi, che con la sua passione ed efficacia comunicativa ci ha svelato, con minuzia di particolari, la storia della Rocca e del Ducato di Urbino, soffermandosi sulle figure storiche di Federico di Montefeltro, Duca di Urbino, e del fratello, di gran lunga meno conosciuto, ma non per questo meno influente ed anzi sapiente ispiratore e guida del primo, Conte Ottaviano Ubaldini. Due personaggi cosΓ¬ diversi, per attitudini e temperamento, ma sempre capaci di cooperare e collaborare per il bene del Ducato. Una diversitΓ , la loro, che ha rappresentato la vera forza di queste due o, se vogliamo, a ben vedere, di questa unica grande famiglia dei Montefeltro-Ubaldini... aspettando che il lento processo di ricostruzione storica, sempre perfettibile ovviamente grazie alle piΓΉ "recenti" scoperte, possa riabilitare l'importanza della figura del Sapiente, e proprio per questo temuto, Conte Ottaviano Ubaldini.
 The visit this year was an extraordinary experience of discovery, of a place as suggestive as it is rich in history. A special thanks goes to our guide, Silvano Tiberi, who with his passion and communicative effectiveness has revealed to us, in minute detail, the history of the Rocca and the Duchy of Urbino, focusing on the historical figures of Federico di Montefeltro, Duke of Urbino , and his brother, far less known, but no less influential and indeed wise inspirer and guide of the former, Count Ottaviano Ubaldini. Two characters so different in their attitudes and temperament, but always capable of cooperating and collaborating for the good of the Duchy. A diversity, theirs, which represented the real strength of these two or, if we want, in hindsight, of this one large family of Montefeltro-Ubaldini ... waiting for the slow process of historical reconstruction, always perfectible obviously thanks to the more "recent" discoveries, can rehabilitate the importance of the figure of the wise, and for this feared, Count Ottaviano Ubaldini.
