T	Tatiana Guazzaroni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stata qualche settimana fa per un controllo, devo dire che sono rimasta piacevolmente stupita, abituata ad ospedali dove sai quanfo entri ma non quando esci, dove vaghi per corridoi come nel labirinto del Minotauro senza punti di riferimento, alla ricerca di quel dato dottore e di quella data sala visite e nessuno, soprattutto il punto INFORMAZIONI, sembra poterti aiutare...qui una volta capito dove era l'ufficio accettazione sono stata subito indirizzata da un infermiere gentile, la visita accurata e soddisfacente...viva gli ospedali di periferia...dove si guardano ancora le persone negli occhi! D	DD AMA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale dell'accettazione è incompetente e poco professionale, non esiste un sistema di numerazione automatica, decidono loro chi fare entrare senza nessuna logica, lo stesso comportamento lo ha avuto l'infermiere che assisteva ( per modo di dire) il dottore. Fortunatamente il dottore dermatologo è invece risultato competente, professionale e molto educato. Credo che non sia sufficiente una ristrutturazione dell'ospedale ma serva anche una riorganizzazione completa a partire dalla dirigenza che non sa organizzare il ricevimento dei pazienti. In questo ospedale non tornerò. tornerò più. The reception staff is incompetent and unprofessional, there is no automatic numbering system, they decide who to let in without any logic, the same behavior was the nurse who assisted (so to speak) the doctor. Fortunately, the dermatologist was competent, professional and very polite. I believe that a restructuring of the hospital is not enough, but a complete reorganization is also needed, starting from the management that does not know how to organize the reception of patients.
