Ero l' unica cliente e sono stata completamente ignorata dal numeroso personale presente, il quale ha continuato tranquillamente a chiacchierare dei fatti suoi. Capisco che sia giusto non assillare i clienti per permettergli di vedere con calma la merce esposta, ma sarebbe anche educato chiedere almeno una volta se hanno bisogno di aiuto o perlomeno rispondere al saluto quando escono.
Nice central shop, with a lot of goods, sports and non-sportswear, both for women and men. Still recommended to visit it. The only flaw is customer service. I was the only customer and was completely ignored by the large staff present, who quietly continued to chat about his business. I understand that it is right not to pester customers to allow them to calmly see the goods on display, but it would also be polite to ask at least once if they need help or at least respond to the greeting when they leave.
