Dior, Celine, Valentino e tanti altri, con accessori, bijou e abbigliamento. Molta cortesia e professionalità del personale. Personalmente ero entrata alla ricerca di una it bang di Dior che purtroppo non era disponibile, ma poi dando un’occhiata ai bijou dello stesso marchio, ho trovato degli orecchini che avevo meditato di comprare. Decisamente un negozio interessante. Large luxury shop in the center of Turin. In the historic via Lagrange, a large and essential showroom in architecture. Dior, Celine, Valentino and many others, with accessories, bijou and clothing. A lot of courtesy and professionalism of the staff. Personally, I went in search of a Dior it bang which unfortunately was not available, but then taking a look at the jewelry of the same brand, I found some earrings that I had thought about buying. Quite an interesting shop.

Diciamo che far vedere i portafogli da inginocchiati per terra , porgendoli a caso.... non è degno di tal luogo e della nomea che ha . Tanto meno proporre come regalo a un diciottenne , un braccialetto di Dior con le borchie.... palesemente da donna . Ovvero in versione femminile. La versione maschile è più grande , le borchie più distanziate e ovviamente più lungo!!! Non ci tornerò. A Torino ci sono grandi nomi di alta moda (vedi Hermes e Vuitton) bel più disponibili attenti e .... corretti. Definitely a high level brand. Beautiful location But ..... kindness and availability is not at the top. Let's say you show your wallets by kneeling on the ground, handing them at random ... it is not worthy of such place and of the reputation it has. Much less propose as a gift to an eighteen-year-old, a Dior bracelet with studs .... obviously for women. That is in the female version. The male version is bigger, the studs more spaced and obviously longer !!! I won't be back. In Turin there are big names in haute couture (see Hermes and Vuitton) quite more attentive and careful .... correct.

Accoglienza inesistente, il cliente non viene seguito e alla mia uscita dal negozio hanno riso data la nostra giovane età. Ci tengo a precisare che non tutti i dipendenti sono stati maleducati, ma solo il ragazzo addetto le vendite del reparto uomo, il quale ha trascorso tutto il suo tempo a mandare messaggi e vocali sul telefono. Put 1 star since you cannot put 0 stars. Unqualified and rude staff. Reception non-existent, the customer is not followed and when I left the shop they laughed given our young age. I want to clarify that not all employees were rude, but only the sales guy in the men's department, who spent all his time texting and voicemail on the phone.

Ero interessata a una borsa che non era disponibile al momento. Mi hanno chiesto di lasciare le mie informazioni per chiamarmi non appena la borsa fosse disponibile. Sto ancora aspettando la telefonata... ovviamente ho comprato la borsa altrove. Downtown shop offering an interesting selection of major luxury brands. Unfortunately the service and helpfulness of the staff leaves a lot to be desired. I was interested in a bag that was not available at the time. They asked me to leave my information to call me as soon as the bag was available. I'm still waiting for the call ... obviously I bought the bag elsewhere.
