★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst flavorless pastas we had in out lifetime, including when cooking at home. Lukewarm , no flavor at all, had to dump a bunch of parmesan ( we were hungry and rushing). Avoid like a plague.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been a good experience the lunch in this place. Even if there was an apparently long queue when we arrived, in reality it lasted 5 to 10 min and then we were able to get our table. The food was definitely tasty, the staff is kind. I would say this a cheap place but is quite affordable if you get one dish and a drink. The service was quite fast, the only concern is that you have to pay as soon as you order and if then if you want something else you get another bill (this is not fault of the people working there is just that the system is working like this... I would suggest to change it) and also is not possible to get a coffe for which you need to move to the cafe Vergnano just adjacent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the Eataly shop on Easter Saturday as they stock Pasta Monograno Felicetti.
Saturday evening I realized I no longer had my wallet. I live in Switzerland and I had all my cards and documents there - a nightmare.
I went back on Easter Sunday with very little hope to hope to find it, the cashier called the store manager and she had it: a staff member found it on the counter and immediately was put in the safe.
Therefore, Eataly not only has the best pasta brand, but it also has the best staff! Thank you all for your help and smiles, not so easy when working at Easter!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Part one....Start....not nice. Ordert 2 campari spritz. No Orange in it(like in the menue card). Re order Orange....on the end of the Session still nothing...
Also curios, we orderd wine for the Paste. Comes together with the aperritivo.....Food himself was good. So.....eat better slogan: yes
But the basics of a Restaurant: fail
Not again in Torino....
