Mi hanno restituito gli occhiali con la stanghetta rotta senza possibilità alcuna di poterli riparare. Hanno dato la colpa al materiale degli occhiali sebbene fossero di ottima qualità e comprati poco meno di un anno fa. Inoltre non si sono minimamente scusati per l'inconveniente e non mi hanno neanche offerto alcun altro rimedio: sarebbe bastato offrirmi uno sconto del 10-15% su un'occhiale nuovo che avrei probabilmente comprato. Risultato: sono andato da un altro ottico per l'acquisto di nuovi occhiali. Ho trovato in Fulcheri davvero poca professionalità e attenzione verso il cliente. Ovviamente lo sconsiglio. I went to change the screw of my eyeglasses, a rather simple operation that any optician would be able to do. They returned my glasses with the broken temple with no possibility of being able to repair them. They blamed the glasses material although they were of excellent quality and bought just under a year ago. They also did not apologize for the inconvenience and did not even offer me any other remedy: it would have been enough to offer me a 10-15% discount on a new eyewear that I would probably have bought. Result: I went to another optician to purchase new glasses. I found in Fulcheri very little professionalism and attention to the customer. Obviously I do not recommend it.
c	cesare monti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono sempre restio a fare recensioni ma in questo caso non posso che segnalare l'estrema professionalità dell'Istituto Ottico Fulcheri con la quale sono stato seguito dalla visita oculistica sino alla scelta della montatura e delle lenti. Pur risiedendo da alcuni anni in Austria a Salisburgo attendo sempre di potermi rivolgere a loro per le visite periodiche e l'aggiornamento di lenti ed occhiali. Penso che il servizio che offrono sia di qualità in ogni aspetto. I am always reluctant to make reviews but in this case I can only point out the extreme professionalism of the Fulcheri Optical Institute with which I was followed by the eye examination up to the choice of the frame and lenses. Although I have been living in Austria for several years in Salzburg, I am always looking forward to contacting them for periodic visits and the updating of lenses and glasses. I think the service they offer is quality in every aspect.
