Peccato non avere verificato in negozio l'accuratezza della correzione che mi era stata prescritta dall'oculista, che forse non era del tutto precisa. I was served by Andrea: very kind, he found me the right frame for progressive lenses. Too bad I didn't check the accuracy of the correction prescribed to me by the ophthalmologist in the shop, which was perhaps not entirely accurate.

Sono scostanti, propongono solo cose carissime e soprattutto non ascoltano le tue esigenze. Li ho fatti al loro centro di Nichelino dove ci sono ragazze davvero gentili. Peccato.... Bad. I took several glasses from them and came back a few days ago. They are unfriendly, they offer only very expensive things and above all they do not listen to your needs. I made them at their center in Nichelino where there are really nice girls. Pity....

Ottimo servizio ottico e poi all’ascolto dei miei bisogni con riguardo alle lenti. In più spedizione all’estero super rapida ed in sicurezza. Sempre qualche sconto anche . I change my glasses every 4 years and this is not the first experience with Salmoiraghi. Excellent optical service and then listening to my needs with regard to the lenses. Plus, super fast and safe shipping abroad. Always some discount too.

Ci sono tantissime montature esposte sugli scaffali ma sarebbe bello poterle provare autonomamente senza essere guardati come alieni. Avete lo store in centro, siamo nel 2022 e Torino ha 900.000 abitanti. Se lasciaste un po' di libertà al cliente potreste farvi pubblicità gratuita (tik tok, selfie ecc.) Personale gentile e disponibile. Very nice shop aesthetically but too old like atmosphere. There are tons of frames displayed on the shelves but it would be nice to be able to try them on your own without being seen as aliens. You have a store in the center, we are in 2022 and Turin has 900,000 inhabitants. If you left a little freedom to the customer you could get free advertising (tik tok, selfie etc.) Friendly and helpful staff.
G	Giorgia Casale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata da Salmoiraghi insieme al mio compagno per regalargli un paio di occhiali da sole sapendo di avere un’ampia scelta di modelli; una volta entrata ho chiesto ad un commesso dove avrei potuto trovare gli occhiali da sole maschili al che mi è stato risposto in modo alquanto evasivo che “potevo trovarli dappertutto” senza offrirmi alcun servizio. Visto che nessun commesso è venuto ad aiutarci siamo scesi al piano sotterraneo dove abbiamo cominciato a guardare autonomamente le varie montature esposte. A un certo punto fortunatamente si è avvicinato al un commesso di nome Diego, il quale non solo è stato simpatico e gentile ma anche molto preparato professionalmente. Grazie ai suoi consigli e alla sua professionalità ho comprato non uno, bensì due paia di occhiali da sole e ritornerò (sempre grazie al servizio di Diego, e solo quando ci sarà lui)per comprare delle lenti a contatto bifocali. In conclusione non avessi incontrato questo commesso più che disponibile sarei uscita dal negozio a mani vuote, grazie al suo servizio impeccabile, invece, sono uscita più che soddisfatta. I went to Salmoiraghi with my partner to give him a pair of sunglasses knowing I had a wide choice of models; once I entered I asked a clerk where I could find men's sunglasses to which I was told in a rather evasive way that “I could find them everywhere” without offering me any service. Since no salesman came to help us, we went down to the basement where we began to look independently at the various frames on display. At one point, fortunately, he approached a salesman named Diego, who was not only nice and kind but also very professionally trained. Thanks to his advice and professionalism, I bought not one, but two pairs of sunglasses and I will return (again thanks to Diego's service, and only when he is there) to buy bifocal contact lenses. In conclusion, had I not met this more than available salesman I would have left the shop empty-handed, thanks to his impeccable service, however, I went out more than satisfied.

Ho acquistato due paia di occhiali con lenti progressive (di cui uno transitions) e non ho avuto alcun tipo di problema. Sono stata seguita nella scelta da Maura, molto attenta, paziente e competente. Consigliato! Shop with a large selection of models. The staff are very welcoming, polite and helpful. I bought two pairs of progressive glasses (one of which is transitions) and I haven't had any problems whatsoever. I was followed in the choice by Maura, very attentive, patient and competent. Advised!

A couple of days ago I've made an appointment for an eye check and not only they forgot that there's an appointment, they've made me wait for one hour just to cancel it and ask me to make another appointment, for the cause of lack of personnel. I also notice, that since I'm a uni student that doesn't dress as fancy as others who came to the store, the staffs didn't even bother about my beings inside the store for that range of time. So next time you want to go there, keep in mind to dress up and make up on :) I recommend the other Salmoiraghi store inside Porta Nuova!
