Si mangia benissimo, il pesce è sempre fresco e cucinato veramente nei modi straordinari dallo Chef con una preparazione,bravura e fantasia unica. Uno staff magnifico, gentile e disponibile, molto qualificato. Bravissimi. Complimenti davvero per tutto. Consiglio a tutti di visitare questo locale. A state of the art venue !!!! A restaurant of a high standard, where you can breathe an elegant, intimate and serene atmosphere. You eat very well, the fish is always fresh and truly cooked in the extraordinary ways by the Chef with a unique preparation, skill and imagination. A wonderful staff, kind and helpful, very qualified. Very good. Congratulations indeed for everything. I recommend everyone to visit this place.

Capitato per caso con un gruppo di amici, alla ricerca di un ristorante nei meandri del centro storico del suddetto paese, ci imbattiamo di fronte ad un ingresso con due ancore bianche, incuriositi, decidiamo di entrare.. Primo aspetto visivo (wow) Ci fanno accomodare in una saletta molto curata e attenta al dettaglio, ordiniamo sotto consiglio del ragazzo in sala.... Non posso esprimere a parole ciò che ho trovato qui dentro.. vi dico solo, che sembrava stessi davanti al mare in un locale gestito da pescatori, assaporando pesci appena pescati... Bravissimi Relaxing day in hilly areas .. so we decide to come to Spoleto. Happened by chance with a group of friends, looking for a restaurant in the meanders of the historic center of the aforementioned town, we come across an entrance with two white anchors, intrigued, we decide to enter .. First visual aspect (wow) They make us sit in a well-kept room with attention to detail, we order under the advice of the boy in the room .... I cannot express in words what I found in here .. I only tell you, that it seemed I was in front of the sea in a place run by fishermen, tasting freshly caught fish ...

Personale preparato cordiale e professionale. I piatti squisiti non banali e sempre innovativi. Lo chef, un giovane ragazzo sardo, sperimenta ogni volta pietanze nuove come ad esempio il semifreddo al basilico, ma è molto buono anche il tiramisù alla Nutella, ma quello che ha superato ogni aspettativa sono stati i gamberi con il lardo e le cozze alla tarantina che ho preso due volte. La frittura molto leggera e soprattutto non unta. Location raffinata è arredata con gusto... Insomma se si potessero dare 10 stelle gliele darei, da tornarci assolutamente.
