Il pane del forno accanto, il lombetto, il crudo, il pecorino, la panzanella, tutto da provare e da esplorare. Non ve ne pentirete. Mi è spiaciuto essere stato a Spoleto solo per qualche ora sennò sarei tornato per assaggiare altre proposte della casa. Authenticity and ancient flavors. The Emo owner is a person who takes care of the details, looking for the real flavor without compromise. Bread from the oven next door, loin, raw ham, pecorino, panzanella, all to try and explore. Ape con tagliere piccolissimo (per 2 persone dicono) con 2 fette di ciauscolo e 8 minuscole fette di salame ...e senza pane abbiamo pagato ben 14 euro!!!. È una presa un giro! Vengo a Spoleto una volta ogni tanto ma in qusto locale di certo non ci ritorno!!! Prices absolutely disproportionate for what is offered! Bee with very small cutting board (for 2 people they say) with 2 slices of ciauscolo and 8 tiny slices of salami ... and without bread we paid a good 14 euros !!!. It's a take a ride! I come to Spoleto once in a while but I certainly won't go back to this place !!!

Affacciato sulla Piazza del Mercato a contendersi spazio e clientela con gli altri locali, non sfigura per nulla. Abbiamo ordinato hamburger, tartare e una delle loro insalate miste. Tutti piatti ottimi e ben presentati. La tartare servita in forma di hamburger, impreziosita da uvetta e insalata mista con pezzi di frutta fresca, questi ultimi anche disposti a decorazione del piatto. Anche l'insalata ordinata da mia moglie era molto fresca, con noci e frutta fresca. Complimenti. Consigliatissimo. We happened upon it by accident, but it was a pleasant surprise. Overlooking the Piazza del Mercato to compete for space and customers with the other clubs, it does not look bad at all. We ordered burgers, tartare and one of their mixed salads. All excellent and well presented dishes. Tartare served in the form of hamburger, embellished with raisins and mixed salad with pieces of fresh fruit, the latter also arranged to decorate the dish. The salad my wife ordered was also very fresh, with nuts and fresh fruit. Compliments. Highly recommended.
