★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il locale si trova in prossimità del centro storico a due passi dal parcheggio coperto con vicino il parco Cico Mendes, si può mangiare anche all'esterno in un patio lontano dalla strada.
Le foto allegate testimoniano la consistenza delle pietanza che ho mangiato, per la qualità e la bontà dei prodotti usati posso solo esprimere il mio giudizio positivo.
Se passate per Spoleto "le tre fontane" è un locale da tenere in considerazione.
PS dimenticavo: offre una ricca scelta di pizze e focacce.
 The restaurant is located near the historic center, a stone's throw from the covered parking near the Cico Mendes park, you can also eat outside in a patio away from the street.
The attached photos testify to the consistency of the dish I ate, for the quality and goodness of the products used I can only express my positive opinion.
If you pass through Spoleto "the three fountains" is a place to be taken into consideration.
PS I forgot: it offers a rich choice of pizzas and focaccias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata in questo ristorante per ferragosto, purtroppo non è stato nelle nostre aspettative.
Parto dalle note positive:
Camerieri molto cordiali e buon servizio
Pizza sottile e croccante di mio gradimento
Se verrete a mangiare in questo ristorante vi consiglio di ordinare la pizza.
Purtroppo, la cucina non è stata ottima:
I tortellini al tartufo erano insipidi, i ravioli con fiori di Lilla crudi, nelle foto si vede proprio il bianco della pasta (l'abbiamo fatto notare ad una cameriera, ma la risposta che ci ha dato era "è normale"), gli scottadito di agnello non era nelle aspettative (vedesi foto), la tagliata tutto sommato bella morbida, ma avevamo chiesto la cottura al sangue, ma è arrivata media e infine il dolce, crema catalana, non c'era la crosticina caramellata sopra, ma solo del sciroppo.
Per quanto riguarda i prezzi, secondo me sono troppo alti per la qualità dei prodotti (sempre per quanto riguarda la cucina, per la pizza non ho da lamentarmi)
I was in this restaurant for August, unfortunately it was not in our expectations.
I start with the positive notes:
Very friendly waiters and good service
Thin and crunchy pizza to my liking
If you come to eat in this restaurant I recommend that you order pizza.
Unfortunately, the cuisine was not great:
The tortellini with truffles were bland, the ravioli with lilac flowers raw, in the photos you can see the white of the pasta (we pointed this out to a waitress, but the answer she gave us was "it's normal"), the scottadito of lamb was not in the expectations (see photo), the cut all in all pretty soft, but we had asked for it to be cooked rare, but it arrived medium and finally the dessert, creme brulee, there was no caramelized crust on top, but only syrup.
As for the prices, in my opinion they are too high for the quality of the products (again as regards the kitchen, for the pizza I have no complaints)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was very underwhelming. Paid €6 for some dried out vegetables. Other dishes were not so tasty. Truffle pasta was under-seasoned, pizzas pretty dry and crusty.
Seems to be more of a student hangout than a place to get authentic, good quality food.
Service was extremely slow; the place was packed when we got there but the other tables were already finishing. It took almost an hour for our starters to arrive.
Would have been 1* but got an extra one because the young waiter we had was trying really hard and was very apologetic.
