★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and unexpected surprise. The food was amazing (in particular the pasta di barbabietola, the tiramisù from the house and the panna cotta con la crema di limoncello e zenzero). The staff was extremely friendly, caring and efficient. Maybe not the cheapest place in Spoleto, but worth every cent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have liked to be able to write a better review but unfortunately, Icannot. The beginning of my meal was superb (and the wait staff extremely friendly), but my main course was cold. And while the waiter was extremey apologetic, I could not help but think (especially after tasting my second main course which was served hot as expected) that the special roasted pork dish is simply a reheated pork loin in standard balsamic sauce, somewhat doctored up to appear fresh and unique, but definitely not. I would recommend the various tasting menus if you want to be sure to get freshly made food, otherwise, it is all a matter of luck (so it seems). Deightful back patio/garden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i confess I walked by it few times and always thought cud be a tourist trap. but to my immense pleasure I discovered a true gem. from the ingredients they use, how they work the raw materials, to the way they present the dishes, the way they interact with customers.....all is just top standard. hard to rank all the positives. they even spoiled me with complimentary bruschetta with an awesome green olive oil, meringhe and limoncello at the end. it s worth every penny u pay. chapeau!
