Questo ristorante si trova in centro a Spoleto, qui lavora il chef Jacopo Martellini che ha ottenuto riconoscimenti da guide internazionali come la guida Michelin e il Gambero Rosso. Ho ordinato una volta da asporto durante il periodo di restrizioni covid, e una volta sono tornata nel locale. La prima volta abbiamo optato per un antipasto con salumi e formaggi misti (di cui un gorgonzola all'amaretto favoloso!) e per la Pinsa Romana. La volta successiva abbiamo assaggiato la crema fritta, l'hot dog e alcuni dolci. Una commensale inoltre è intollerante al glutine ed ha trovato una buona scelta di piatti. Posso solamente promuovere questo locale, perché non ho mai avuto problemi ed ho sempre trovato tutto squisito.
This restaurant is located in the center of Spoleto, where the chef Jacopo Martellini works, who has obtained recognition from international guides such as the Michelin guide and Gambero Rosso. I ordered a takeaway once during the covid restriction period, and once I went back to the venue. The first time we opted for an appetizer with mixed cold cuts and cheeses (including a fabulous amaretto gorgonzola!) And for the Pinsa Romana. Next time we tasted fried cream, hot dog and some sweets. One diner is also gluten intolerant and found a good choice of dishes. I can only promote this place, because I have never had any problems and I have always found everything exquisite.

Se siete celiaci è un obbligo fermarsi a magiare in questo locale. Pinsa eccezzionale e con solo prodotti di alta qualità. Non si è riesce a vedere la differenza con quella normale poichè sono la stessa cosa e per un celiaco è davvero difficile trovare una pinsa o dei prodotti così. L’atmosfera del locale è molto calda e accogliente, tutto merito del personale e del luogo. Da ritornarci per provare altre pietanze.
If you are celiac it is a must to stop and eat in this place. Exceptional Pinsa and with only high quality products. It is not possible to see the difference with the normal one as they are the same thing and for a celiac it is really difficult to find a pinsa or products like that. The atmosphere of the place is very warm and welcoming, all thanks to the staff and the place. To come back to try other dishes.

Ottimo ristorante. Consiglio tantissimo la pinza.. veramente molto buona. Dolci da migliorare. Qualità prezzo ottima. Tornerò sicuramente per assaggiare altre prelibatezze.
Excellent restaurant. I highly recommend the pliers .. really very good. Sweets to improve. Excellent price quality. I will definitely come back to sample other delicacies.

Posizionata al centro di Spoleto (o quantomeno nei pressi) si dimostra molto accogliente con personale preparato e cordiale. Abbiamo ordinato due pinse per cena e ne siamo rimasti estasiati. L'impasto è fatto a regola d'arte e si merita i riconoscimenti di cui vanta il possesso. La mia ragazza ha preso la pinsa "Burrata e Crudo" con le cipolle rosse di Cannara, estremamente buona e leggera, la burrata molto delicata. Io ho preso la pinsa "Porcini" con aggiunta di Crudo e devo dire che la qualità del Crudo è invidiabile e nel complesso è molto gustosa. È stato un piacere passare la cena in questo locale, ci siamo fermati a parlare per due ore dopo aver finito (spero che non ce ne vogliano) ma l'atmosfera è davvero gradevole. Da tornarci volentieri!!
Located in the center of Spoleto (or at least near) it proves to be very welcoming with trained and friendly staff. We ordered two pinse for dinner and were delighted. The dough is made in a workmanlike manner and deserves the awards it boasts of owning. My girlfriend took the pinsa "Burrata e Crudo" with red onions from Cannara, extremely good and light, the burrata very delicate. I took the "Porcini" pinsa with the addition of Crudo and I must say that the quality of the Crudo is enviable and overall it is very tasty. It was a pleasure to have dinner in this place, we stopped to talk for two hours after we finished (I hope they don't want to) but the atmosphere is really nice. To go back gladly !!

Had a couple of Pinza's (their version of pizza, a decent size for 1 person) which were absolutely delicious and a half litre of wine sat in the middle of a picturesque square for 26 euros, brilliant!

I'm lactose intolerant and even though I asked without lactose the pasta had loads of it. Carelessness or stupidity, pick what you want.

We dined here after reading the good comments. A place on the terrace, at 7 p.m. we were the first to arrive ( crowds get coming in from about 7.30 p.m.) and the crew was not really ready yet. We chose the antipasti - plate which was more than enough, and pretty good. We ordered some Santefalco Rosso wine; yet the wine served was a Tenuto Fontecaime Rosso: mistake of the waiter. I decided to taste that one to accompany our meal: not deceived here, and glad we discovered yet another fine local wine. The kids went for burgers: real good local meat served with a good amount of salad and a crusty but tasty bread: more than plenty for most of them. We went for some pinsa's: unknown to us, and so good! Tasty, light, and deceivingly more than enough, worth every dime. Glad we chose the Silver Spuleti for that evening! By the time the burgers and pinsa's arrived as the main dish, the terrace was full, people were cueing to get a place. My advice: plan the visit early enough ( starting from 7 p.m.) to avoid waiting. And don't mind minor mistakes: even those happen to appreciate the local cuisine.
