Una crepa del genere non l'ho mai presa in vita mia, pensavo di mangiare in un posto con una cucina casereccia, invece è proprio una SOLA! Il gestore che in quel momento stava pranzando seduto al tavolo in tutta risposta mi ha chiesto di lasciargli un acconto in modo neanche troppo educato. Di fronte alla mia perplessita' per questa richiesta, la motivazione del gestore e' stata che molti clienti prenotano e poi non si presentano. Per fortuna nostra e per sfortuna sua, sono uscito dal locale riservandomi di rifletterci, poi ovviamente la mia scelta e' stata per un altro locale. Per curiosita' ho letto questa sera le recensioni relative al locale in questione ed ho avuto la conferma che la mia scelta di uscire senza aver lasciato l' acconto e' stata l' ultima cosa buona che ho fatto nell' anno che sta terminando. Out of curiosity, I read the reviews of the restaurant in question tonight and I have confirmed that my choice to go out without leaving the deposit was the last good thing I did in the year that is ending.

Siamo stati accolti come a casa dei nonni, piatti casalinghi, niente di ricercato ma buoni. Ci hanno raccontato le loro storie e un pezzo di storia di Spoleto che è passata nella loro trattoria. Da visitare se si cerca un'esperienza di incontro con le persone del territorio più che un pasto. Family atmosphere, home cooking, Iole and Giancarlo are two elderly people full of energy. We were welcomed like at home with grandparents, home-made dishes, nothing fancy but good. They told us their stories and a piece of history from Spoleto that passed in their restaurant. To visit if you are looking for an experience of meeting with the people of the area rather than a meal.

Mi è arrivato un piatto di pasta appena tolto dall acqua con sopra un cucchiaino di salsa al tartufo... Amara come il petrus. Immangiabile. Non sono uno schizzinoso, ma sono dovuto uscire e andare a prendere un panino al bar. Mi dispiace ma la gestione non è minimamente all altezza di poter tenere aperto un locale simile. La stessa disavventura stata vissuta da un mio collega.. Unfortunately I have to give a star to a restaurant that a star doesn't even deserve. I was thinking of eating noodles with truffles ... I got a plate of pasta just removed from the water with a teaspoon of truffle sauce on top ... Amara as the petrus. Inedible. I'm not a fussy eater, but I had to go out and get a sandwich at the bar. I'm sorry but the management is in no way up to being able to keep a similar room open. The same misfortune was experienced by one of my colleagues ..
S	Ste Jo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erano le venti e trenta e tutti i locali erano chiusi per ferie o occupati, abbiamo visto questo ristorante completamente vuoto con una sola persona a mangiare. Siamo entrati ingenuamente senza leggere nemmeno le recensioni, ci accoglie questa persona anziana che ci fa restare in piedi per quasi 5 minuti, l'odore di muffa nell'aria e lo sporco che in ogni punto in qui mettevi gli occhi si vedeva ci fa cambiare idea sul dove mangiare. Ovviamente poi abbiamo mangiato in un'altro ristorante ma la sera per curiosità sono andata a vedere le recensioni ed ho capito che abbiamo fatto bene ad andarcene. Non ve lo consiglio per niente e non capisco come fa ad essere ancora aperto. Una Stella non se la merita nemmeno. We entered naively without even reading the reviews, this elderly person welcomes us who makes us stand for almost 5 minutes, the smell of mold in the air and the dirt that at every point you put your eyes on you could see makes us change idea on where to eat. Obviously then we ate in another restaurant but in the evening out of curiosity I went to see the reviews and I realized that we were right to leave. I don't recommend it at all and I don't understand how it is still open. A star does not even deserve it.
R	Raffaele Amato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarò onesto, se ci si aspetta di sedersi al ristorante di Cracco non è quello che troverete all’interno del locale che sembra ancora collegato ad un altra epoca con i gestori stessi realmente ancorati a una Spoleto di tanti anni fa, senza dubbio più schietta e genuina di quello che la società oggi ha creato.. dunque una trattoria tipicamente anni 70 poco cinema e zero ricercatezza per come viene intesa oggi, locale spartano casalingo, gestito da due persone anziane ma con tanta vitalità certamente più da ammirare che da denigrare con recensioni inutilmente distruttive dalle quali non potranno mai difendere se stessi. Un consiglio a chi decidesse di provare questa trattoria entrate con umiltà ed uscirete più ricchi di prima interiormente parlando, farete un salto indietro di qualche anno e a quando eravate più giovani, l’ambiente familiare, il profumo di cucina nell’ambiente come a casa della nonna, le pietanze che non lasceresti mai nel piatto ma di cui chiederesti anche il pane per fare la scarpetta…. Di certo non è per tutti ma è per chi sa ancora apprezzare queste cose I will be honest, if you expect to sit at Cracco's restaurant this is not what you will find inside the restaurant that still seems connected to another era with the managers themselves really anchored to a Spoleto of many years ago, undoubtedly more sincere and genuine of what society has created today .. therefore a typical restaurant of the 70s, little cinema and zero refinement as it is understood today, spartan home restaurant, run by two elderly people but with a lot of vitality certainly more to admire than to denigrate with reviews unnecessarily destructive from which they will never be able to defend themselves. A tip for those who decide to try this restaurant enter with humility and you will come out richer than before inwardly speaking, you will jump back a few years and when you were younger, the family environment, the scent of cooking in the environment like at home. grandma, the dishes that you would never leave on your plate but which you would also ask for bread to make the shoe…. Insteaf of tartufo in pasta we've got something green... without its smell. And instead of bistecca (beef streak) it has been pork... but the owner (small old woman, hunchbacked) insisted that it's a cow! The so called "vino di casa" (house wine) was Tavernello or something like that. do not go there, that my advice.
