★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re in Bologna this restaurant is a must. It was the best tagliatelle ragú (aka bolognese) that my boyfriend and I have ever had. The owner is an Italian woman and she takes the order of each an every table. Her attention to detail and passion for the food she serves was marvelous to witness.

Stellar stellar pasta, freshly made in-house, run by the same family since forever, this is pretty much the quintessential Bologna experience.
Yes there is a menu, but really, ask the waiter what they've got. And yes, if they have the mortadella-stuffed ravioli, get it - that, in and as of itself, makes the whole meal worth it :-)
A nice selection of wines too - tell 'em what you're interested in, and enjoy the discussion!
The bottom line - it's excellent! Just go in, relax, and have an excellent lunch/dinner....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice service, you could feel like at home. We ordered handmade tagliatelle with ham and asparagus, and ragout. Pinot Grigio vine was also very good. Only thing is portions were bit small, and price bit too high for that amount of food. We left hungry :(
