โ โ โ โ โ Pasta is the most traditional ingredient of Italian cuisine. So we decided to lunch at a typical restaurant serving good pasta. And it's a restaurant in the historic part of Bologna, "Adesso Pasta". We were not fooled, it was a great choice. At the site where the Pasquini brothers' trade in fabrics used to be, it's now a great restaurant. A location with a breathtaking view of the historic city center in a historic building. An experience for palates and eyes. The choice of paste is good and quality. Starters was Tagliere di salumi e formaggi accompagnati to confetture, miele e frutta secca ( Cold cuts and cheese platter accompanied with jams, honey and dried fruit). We ate Gramigna con salsiccia, Tagliatelle al ragรน, Tortelloni con formaggio, Farfalle con proscutto e piselli ( Gramigna with sausage, Tagliatelle with meat sauce, Tortelloni with cheese, Farfalle with ham and peas). Everything was delicious. The wine was also great ( Trebbiano di Romagna). The service was very good, the staff friendly. We enjoyed every bite, in a word, bravo for the chef.

Meals are considering taste relatively okay but for price I think they should be much better.

โ โ โ โ โ I've been in Italy for five days and was in search for an exquisite pasta dining experience. Let me assure you that Adesso Pasta Car Ristorante not only met my expectations, but far exceeded them. Order the small dishes as you and a few friends/family can share them, and both the house sangiovese and sparkling wine were perfect compliments. Combine that with friendly and attentive staff, and you have yourself a culinary experience you won't soon forget.

โ โ โ โ โ Kinda disappointed. Have been in Bologna for 3 days now and this is the first real restaurant I have been to. The food was bland, the service terrible never asked us what to drink, didn't give us any salt or pepper, had stale bread. the staff made the most sound with what seemed to be friends of their nice decorations but didn't feel like it was a restaurant in Italy. Last but not least it was expensive for the food and service we good. Thought it would be better. But at least they gave us our own parmesan.

โ โ โ โ โ The pasta was excellent; I had tortellini with ricotta and spinach. It was firm but not undercooked, and had a tasty butter/lemon sauce. There was a salad with greens, carrots, corn, tomatoes, and everything was fresh and perfect. The waiters were friendly and helpful, and service was fast. Prices seemed reasonable. This is a casual restaurant in a touristy area, and I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and overall experience. I'm quite picky, but I would happily go back again.

โ โ โ โ โ extremely tasty pasta! the place is nice she cozy, sitting right at the heart of Bologna. it has 3 floors and therefore plenty of space to eat.
I've tried the Lasagna, the Carbonara and the Mezze maniche all'amatriciana, and I can say I was blown away! After a few unlucky gastronomic encounters รฎn Florence, this Bolognese restaurant was definitely a pleasant surprise to end our vacation.

I'll give them 5 stars for many reasons: nice and professional staff, very tasty pasta and dishes, amazing dessert (i tried the chocolate thing) coffee was good. I like that they have 3 sizes for the pasta dishes.
Side dishes: the buffala was big, fresh and super yummy! Amazing grilled vegetables, enough quantity.
The place is very clean, three floors or so. very central in piazza Maggiore, nice view from upstairs. Bathroom was very clean. I forgot my belongings there, called them to keep it for me. i applaud them for all the hard work and very high service. Thank you....
