K	Kelsey H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a delicious meal out on the street terrace. Service was excellent, friendly, and very accommodating for English speaking guests. We were travelling without access to a phone and the lovely owner accepted our reservation via email, which was very accommodating. The pasta was exceptional, the steak dish was unique and had a depth of flavour but the beef was a little over cooked/tough. Affordable, and quaint. Seemed to be a very popular place with tourists, but was authentic as far as I could tell for regional cuisine. Overall, I would recommend a visit!

Pretty much anything the owner (who is probably your waiter too) recommends will be worth getting - mind you, what he recommends may or may not be on the menu :-) The classics are great, but pay attention to the specials, they are good - The risotto al sangiovese (if they have it) has chunks of Lardo della Colonata in it - which pretty much makes it an instant "MUST GET"... - The garganelli con crema di mortadella is addictive, and the ground pistacchio on it only makes it even better - The lasagna is everything Lasagna Bolognes should be - The ..... oh, why am I bothering. Just go...
T	Thomas Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fine place for dinner We had a nice meal here on our first night in Bologna. Place was fully booked-we had made reservation months ago. We had a mixed meat starter. Fantastic. Then tagliatelle alla ragu. We followed this with panna cotta and semifreddo. They both were fantastic. Our lovely server recommended a nice sangiovese which we agreed was most excellent. The cafe at the end was great. We would love to visit again.

The attention to detail and well composed dishes were exquisite - especially for a very reasonable price. The staff were pleasant and knew the menu well and were able to recommend a very good (reasonably priced) wine to pair with our food choices. For starters highly recommend the mixed meat plate. 5 star and will be back next time in Bologna. Thanks

We had the fillets sauteed with balsamic vinegar with rocket and parmesan cheese + the lasagna Verdi. The mixed cold cuts and cheese that came with some honey and jam was perfect. The only downside is that it’s quite expensive for Bologna, but not that much + it’s worth it!
E	Eloise Yip on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely wonderful place! We had lunch here and the food was really good, we really liked the tagliatelle a ragù and the tortellini with capon broth. The starters were great as well and it was nice to try out the different meats. The staff were extremely friendly and the prices were normal, reasonable. All in all a great place, would definitely recommend and come back if we have the chance!
