★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tra le colline umbre, alle falde del monte Subasio, montagna incantata di San Francesco, a 6 km circa da Assisi, nel caratteristico borgo medievale di Spello, ridente colonia Julia, ... si apre al pubblico la meravigliosa struttura dell’Hotel Ristorante “La Bastiglia” ...ricavata su un antico mulino del XVII secolo, arroccato nel centro storico, che spazia meravigliosamente tutta la vallata Umbra variegata e marcata dal verde-nero dei cipressi e dal verde-grigio degli olivi!
L’hotel ristorante La Bastiglia ospita all’interno delle sue sale importanti collezioni di antiche ceramiche, mobili di antiquariato e quadri d’autore, quali Schifano e Norberto (collezioni private).
Ristrutturati nuovamente è completamente nell’Aprile 2011. Mentre nel 2014, dalle antiche cantine seicentesche, è stato ricavato un suggestivo centro benessere, dove è possibile rilassarsi durante il proprio soggiorno, seguiti e consigliati dal personale qualificato, professionalmente preparato, competente, gentile...!
Il Ristorante...? Che dire...?ambiente: sereno, tranquillo, armonioso, accogliente, ma contestualmente familiare dove il perdonale di sala con la propria esperienza professionale vibra come ali di farfalle, soddisfacendo ogni richiesta dei propri clienti!
Per il titolari LUCA e LIVIO non c’è proprio niente da dire: il loro sorriso, la loro gentilezza, il loro amore rivolto alla ristorazione degli altri, travolgono ... tutti ... anche chi non li conosce❣️Grazie❣️
Among the Umbrian hills, at the foot of Mount Subasio, the enchanted mountain of San Francesco, about 6 km from Assisi, in the characteristic medieval village of Spello, a charming Julia colony, ... the wonderful structure of the Hotel Restaurant opens to the public " La Bastiglia "... built on an ancient 17th century mill, perched in the historic center, which marvelously sweeps across the Umbrian valley, varied and marked by the black-green of the cypresses and the green-gray of the olive trees!
The hotel restaurant La Bastiglia houses within its rooms important collections of ancient ceramics, antique furniture and author's paintings, such as Schifano and Norberto (private collections).
It has been completely renovated again in April 2011. While in 2014, from the ancient seventeenth-century cellars, a suggestive wellness center was created, where you can relax during your stay, followed and recommended by qualified, professionally trained, competent, kind staff. .!
The restaurant...? What can I say ... environment: peaceful, quiet, harmonious, welcoming, but contextually familiar where the room staff with their professional experience vibrates like butterfly wings, satisfying every request of their customers!
For the owners LUCA and LIVIO there is nothing to say: their smile, their kindness, their love for the catering of others, overwhelm ... everyone ... even those who do not know them❣️Thanks❣️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location suggestiva. Il personale che ci accoglie ci fa sentire come a casa nostra. La confusione delle nostre ordinazioni (siamo in otto ai due tavoli) è sapientemente gestita da un straordinaria e professionalissima Giulia, che con una pazienza davvero fuori dal comune ci guida verso le prelibatezze offerte da questo accogliente e al tempo stesso raffinato ristorante. Ci affidiamo ad un sapiente e simpaticissimo Fabio per la scelta del vino. Per i sapori delle pietanze non ci sono parole e quindi richiamo soltanto la sensazione estatica che ci siamo portati via da questo posto, dove cenare non è solo gustare cibi sopraffini, ma anche stare insieme in un luogo in cui non vediamo l'ora di tornare. Grazie Giulia, grazie Fabio. Bastiglia, non cambiare mai.
Suggestive location. The welcoming staff makes us feel at home. The confusion of our orders (there are eight of us at two tables) is expertly managed by an extraordinary and very professional Giulia, who with a truly out of the ordinary patience guides us towards the delicacies offered by this welcoming and at the same time refined restaurant. We rely on a wise and very nice Fabio for the choice of wine. For the flavors of the dishes there are no words and therefore I only recall the ecstatic feeling that we took away from this place, where dining is not only enjoying superfine foods, but also being together in a place where we can't wait to return . Thanks Giulia, thanks Fabio. Bastille, never change.
