★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Swelteringly hot, probably nearly 30 degrees inside. No air conditioning. One plate of pasta was bland; the other far too salty. Beware not to break your teeth on the bread.
Very good service, although the waitress was also complaining of the high temperature inside!
I read a review that this was on the top 10 restaurants in Spello, I would definitely not place it on that list.
One to miss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fits firmly in my category of restaurants that do a small number of things very well. This tiny osteria bashes out wonderful fresh food from the tiniest of kitchens. The menu is limited but everything is very good.
I always have pretty much the same thing: the wonderful rustic pasta followed by one of their small selections of home made pasta combined with whatever is the seasonal sauce at that time. Can't go wrong.
