★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se sei in visita a Spello e non vuoi sederti per forza in un ristorante l'alternativa semplice, veloce, gustosissima ed economica (3 euro per un bel panino) devi per forza fare tappa in questa piccola bottega gastronomica che offre una vasta selezione di salumi, noi abbiamo preso un panino al salame di tartufo ed uno al salame di cinghiale! Davvero ottimi!
If you are visiting Spello and do not want to sit in a restaurant, the simple, fast, tasty and cheap alternative (3 euros for a nice sandwich) you must stop in this small gastronomic shop that offers a wide selection of cold cuts , we had a truffle salami sandwich and a wild boar salami sandwich! Really excellent!

6 euro ! E non era nemmeno 1/4 di torta . Ma la sua precisa metà o poco più. Il formaggio quasi non c era. Ed era tiepida.
Con 6 euro mi aspetto di meglio
Soprattutto in quantità.
Yesterday I went by and I took Torta al testo with raw ham and caciotta ..
6 euros! And it wasn't even 1/4 of a pie. But its the exact half or so. There was hardly any cheese. And it was lukewarm.
With 6 euros I expect better
Especially in quantity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quella di teresa é una bottega speciale. Piccola ma carica di salumi e formaggi profumati. Ma quello che la rende speciale é proprio la signora che ti accoglie e consiglia su tutte le prelibatezze che vende. Noi abbiamo preso una focaccia al testo e l'abbiamo farcita una con salame al tartufo e formaggio e l'altra con mortadella di cinghiale e formaggio. La signora ci ha fatto assaggiare tutto prima di farcire le focacce e metterle in forno... una goduria veramente. Assicuratevi di avere contanti perché nella bottega non c'è il POS. Se andate a spello e volete un pranzo al volo non potete non venire qui. Straconsigliato!
Teresa's is a special workshop. Small but full of fragrant cured meats and cheeses. But what makes it special is the lady who welcomes you and advises you on all the delicacies she sells. We took a focaccia al testo and stuffed it one with truffle salami and cheese and the other with wild boar and cheese mortadella. The lady made us taste everything before filling the focaccia and putting them in the oven ... a real pleasure. Make sure you have cash as there is no POS in the shop. If you go to Spello and you want a quick lunch, you can't not come here. Highly recommended!
