Lo sappiamo tutti ed è sempre consigliato prenotare per essere sicuri della propria cena/pranzo. 1 cuoco e 2 cameriere con circa una copertura di 30 persone Arrivo 21:15 Accompagnati al tavolo in velocità e dimenticati delle cose indispensabili come acqua (di rubinetto) e pane // nessun tavolo vicino a noi stavamo mangiando, brutta impressione 21:40 prendono l'ordine (focaccia e verdure al forno) 22:15 il tavolo a fianco a noi (5 persone arrivate da 10 minuti) ricevono i piatti prima di noi. Ore 22:40 chiediamo il conto Mascherine del personale 2/3 (solo la più giovane e disponibile cameriera la indossava) Focaccia con olio 7/10 Verdure al forno 5/10 Acqua del rubinetto calda al costo di 2€ Non lo consiglio. We all know this and it is always recommended to book to be sure of your dinner / lunch. 1 cook and 2 waiter with approximately 30 people coverage Arrival 21:15 Accompanied at the table in speed and forget essential things like (tap) water and bread // no table near us we were eating, bad impression 21:40 they take the order (focaccia and baked vegetables) 22:15 the table next to us (5 people arrived for 10 minutes) receive the dishes before us. 10:40 pm we ask for the bill 2/3 staff masks (only the youngest and most helpful waitress wore them) Focaccia with oil 7/10 Baked vegetables 5/10 Hot tap water for € 2 I don't recommend it.

Il locale è unico nel suo genere, molto piccolo ma molto ben arredato, visto il mestiere della proprietaria, architetto, non poteva essere diversamente. Un lungo tavolo con circa 16/18 posti domina la scena centrale, un paio di tavoli laterali portano altri 4/6 posti, e la capienza invernale è questa. In fondo alla saletta c'è lo spazio adibito a "cucina" a vista. Lo spazio per la preparazione piatti è veramente minimo, x fortuna che il menù è molto contenuto altrimenti con tutti i posti occupati potrebbe essere problematico eseguire un "buon servizio"! Ho assaggiato bruschette e crescenza con olii molto buoni. Una tartare di chianina con solo sale, pepe, limone e olio, e un cucchiaio di maionese fatta a mano degna di nota. La tartare non era condita come richiede la ricetta dei 13 ingredienti, ma vi posso assicurare che era da "podio"! Le polpettine da rivedere, il gelato con olio d'oliva molto gradevole! Il prezzo nella media. Ho dato 5 stelle di merito perché nell'insieme ho trovato tanta passione e tanta voglia di "fare", tanto impegno con gentilezza e cortesia, cose ormai rare di questi tempi! Mauro Fabbri Chef Executive I arrived in this place on the recommendation of my daughter! I followed the advice, I was in Spello and I went. The restaurant is one of a kind, very small but very well furnished, given the profession of the owner, an architect, it could not be otherwise. A long table with about 16/18 seats dominates the central scene, a couple of side tables carry another 4/6 seats, and this is the winter capacity. At the end of the room there is the space used as an open "kitchen". The space for the preparation of dishes is very minimal, luckily for the menu is very small, otherwise with all the seats occupied it could be problematic to perform a "good service"! I tasted bruschetta and crescenza with very good oils. A Chianina tartare with only salt, pepper, lemon and oil, and a noteworthy spoonful of hand-made mayonnaise. The tartare was not seasoned as required by the recipe of the 13 ingredients, but I can assure you that it was "podio"! The meatballs to review, the ice cream with olive oil very pleasant! The average price. I gave 5 stars of merit because overall I found a lot of passion and a great desire to "do", a lot of commitment with kindness and courtesy, now rare things these days! Cordiale e sorridente. La proprietaria ci ha dedicato il suo tempo per spiegarci i diversi tipi di olio da degustare. Ottimo modo per iniziare una deliziosa cena. Dalle focacce ai legumi di zona, alle uova strapazzate al tartufo. Tutto una delizia. Per poi concludere in dolcezza con degli ottimi dolci! Il tutto accompagnato da ottimi cocktails e vino. Grazie!! In this wonderful village, a refreshment in this delightful Oleoteca is definitely worth it. Beautiful outdoor location and excellent service. Friendly and smiling. The owner has dedicated her time to us to explain the different types of oil to taste. Great way to start a delicious dinner. From focaccia to local legumes, to scrambled eggs with truffles. All a delight. And then finish on a sweet note with excellent desserts! All accompanied by excellent cocktails and wine. Thank you!!

L'aperitivo, a base di focaccie accomagnati dai vari oli, è il massimo così come la gentilezza del personale. L'unicita del locale è senza dubbio il lungo tavolo ricavato da una vecchia quercia. Ps si può anche acquistare l'olio assaggiato. Very nice and very trendy place located in one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The aperitif, based on focaccias accompanied by various oils, is the best as is the kindness of the staff. The uniqueness of the room is undoubtedly the long table made from an old oak. Ps you can also buy the tasted oil.

The owners Monia and Pierluigi are welcoming and warm. We felt immediately welcome. And the food is delightlfully prepared and delicious. Please visit this terrific entoteca!
