Pecorino con tartufo e maialino panato e per finire una torta tipica. Ottimo. Wonderful tavern, we dined near the fireplace in total privacy despite the presence of other tables. Fabulous typical dishes of Umbrian cuisine. Pecorino with truffle and breaded suckling pig and to finish a typical cake. Optimal.

Massimo è riuscito a trovare un tavolo per noi 5!Menù non banale, con ingredienti del territorio e declinati nelle varie pietanze in modo eccellente. Una menzione speciale alle raperonzoli (un tipo di rapa spontanea) e allo spezzatino di cinghiale, per me il più buono mai mangiato! Ogni portata è stata una piacevole scoperta e ha contribuito a rendere speciale il mio compleanno!! Grazie mille per la Vs gentilezza e per le squisitezze mangiate!! Prezzo assolutamente adeguato e tutto fantastico!! Consigliatissimo!!! Sunday lunch with the family, passing through for a weekend out of town to celebrate my birthday: despite not having booked, Mr. Massimo managed to find a table for the 5 of us! Non-trivial menu, with local ingredients and declined in the various dishes in an excellent way. A special mention to the raperonzoli (a type of spontaneous turnip) and the wild boar stew, for me the best ever eaten! Each course was a delightful discovery and helped make my birthday special !! Thank you very much for your kindness and for the delicacies eaten !! Absolutely adequate price and all fantastic !! Highly recommended !!!
A	Asia Guerriero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mangiare all'osteria del buchetto è qualcosa che consiglio di fare a tutti almeno una volta nella vita, anche di più noi infatti nel nostro weekend a Spello abbiamo bissato due volte.. 1: se volete godervi una cena senza confusione questo è il posto giusto a Spello, ha pochissimi tavoli quindi vi consiglio di prenotare almeno una settimana prima! 2: Massimo è un ottimo padrone di casa come tutto il suo staff, gentilissimi e super disponibili 3: i piatti sono superlativi da leccarsi i baffi, il coccio al pecorino con tartufo fantastico 4: il camino è quel tocco in più di magia che fa da ciliegina sulla torta Se andate a Spello prenotate qui è non vi pentirete! A presto Eating at the osteria del buchetto is something I recommend everyone to do at least once in their life, even more so in our weekend in Spello we repeated it twice .. 1: if you want to enjoy a dinner without confusion this is the right place in Spello, it has very few tables so I recommend you book at least a week in advance! 2: Massimo is an excellent host like all his staff, very kind and super helpful 3: the dishes are mouth-watering superlative, the shard with pecorino cheese with fantastic truffle 4: the fireplace is that extra touch of magic that is the icing on the cake If you go to Spello book here and you won't regret it! I piatti buoni , l’ antipasto un po’ povero di affettati. Ottima la preparazione della tagliata di manzo. Competent but slightly detached staff. The restaurant is very nice inside and there was an intimate and quiet atmosphere. The good dishes, the appetizer a little poor in cold cuts. Excellent preparation of the cut of beef.
