L'oste ha spiegato in modo dettaglio e minuzioso la provenienza del vino e del piatto di affetti. Volendo si puo anche acquistare prodotti in loco (come ho fatto io). Excellent aperitif. Wine with cold cuts from the best Umbrian butchery. The host explained in detail and meticulously the provenance of the wine and the plate of affection. If you want you can also buy products on site (as I did).

Eravamo in tre, rifiutano darci servizio, in orario di pranzo, per assaggio frugale cibo e vino nonostante il locale fosse vuoto e avessimo dato disponibilità a star fuori anche se pioveva. Di fronte, invece, locale pieno, tutti sotto l'ombrellone e serviti con garbo e sorriso. Definitely unwelcoming. There were three of us, they refuse to give us service, during lunch time, for a frugal tasting of food and wine despite the fact that the place was empty and we had given availability to stay out even if it was raining. Opposite, however, a full place, all under the umbrella and served with grace and smile.
A	Alessio Cipollone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una cenetta veloce, bruschette al costo di € 5,00 ne erano 4 di cui una solo con olio ed un'altra solo con pomodoro arrivate al tavolo praticamente fredde ed eravamo gli unici clienti presenti in quel momento, abbiamo preso anche un tagliere di salami umbri ed una insalata di farro (in una piccola ciotola) , una bottiglia d'acqua abbiamo pagato € 24,5! ...avrei voluto provare una birra artigianale ma il prezzo francamente l'ho trovato troppo spropositato, ok la qualità ma così sei proprio fuori mercato!
