 I went to this lovely place for lunch today. Everything perfect from the service, to the abundant food and very very very good. Kindness and quality of food go very well with this really pretty country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ristorante con prodotti praticamente tutti a km 0. Pasta fatta in casa e sughi fatti in casa, vini e carne di zona, olio di produzione propria molto buono. Prezzi forse leggermente alti per la zona ma per la qualità offerta i soldi spesi li vale tutti
Restaurant with products practically all at km 0. Homemade pasta and homemade sauces, local wines and meat, very good oil of own production. Prices perhaps slightly high for the area but for the quality offered, the money spent is worth it all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come appartenente al Touring Club ho scelto la struttura anche perché è convenzionata con il mio sodalizio. La scelta si è rivelata ottima. Personale molto gentile e rispettoso delle procedure previste dalla normativa Covid19. Il ristorante è molto pulito e offre una sufficientemente vasta scelta di piatti sia di terra che di mare. Io ho optato per un coniglio farcito con accompagnato a due contorni (patate ottime e cicoria ripassata). Il prezzo è congruo rispetto a quanto viene offerto. Bisogna apprezzare anche lo sforzo a cui è sottoposto il personale che riesce ad essere efficiente pur in condizioni difficili. Anche il caffè è buono.
As a member of the Touring Club I chose the structure also because it has an agreement with my association. The choice turned out to be excellent. Very kind staff and respectful of the procedures provided by the Covid19 legislation. The restaurant is very clean and offers a sufficiently wide choice of both land and sea dishes. I opted for a stuffed rabbit accompanied with two side dishes (excellent potatoes and sautéed chicory). The price is congruous with respect to what is offered. We must also appreciate the effort to which the staff are subjected who manage to be efficient even in difficult conditions. Coffee is also good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto davvero carino, cucina buona e veloce, cameriere davvero gentile! Unica pecca... sei circondato dai gatti mentre mangi.. ne avremmo avuto circa 8 intorno.. noi avevamo un pitbull quindi è stato complicato godersi la cena
Really nice place, good and fast food, really nice waiter! The only flaw ... you are surrounded by cats while you eat .. we would have had about 8 around .. we had a pitbull so it was difficult to enjoy dinner

Their Ristorante dei Merli is excellent, excellent chef, excellent food ... you could feel the friendliness of the women serving at the tables: Silvana, Anka, Pasqualina, all gave their best in service and sympathy.
Sovana is a place that fascinated me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice restaurant in the little historical center of Sovana. Small medivial Town in the Maremma Region of Tuscany. The restaurant offer good first dishes Made with fresh pasta. The personal is professional and kind. You can find also soup of vegatables and grilled meat. Recomended.
