★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply, this is a cheese restaurant. I am not into aged cheeses, however, my wife is. We ordered two cheese plates, one fresh and one aged. Both were accompanied by cured meats and grilled veggies as well as some sauces.
I thought the ricotta was the best I've had, and I've lived in Brooklyn, NY for almost 20 years. The cured meats, though not made in house, were locally sourced and delicious. All the cheeses are made in house. My wife assured me the aged cheeses were all excellent.
This restaurant is a must eat at when in Ragusa!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a place you have to go to if you love cheese! Had an awesome lunch here. We ordered both of the tasting menus, gentle and tasty. A lots of both fresh and cured cheese, ham, salami, delicious sundried tomatoes, eggplant, pie and bred. Everything was really good. Had a bottle of Sicilian red wine Il Frappato, very light wine which was perfect on a hot day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was by far our best meal in Sicily from our travels over the last 3 weeks. We enjoyed platter #1 and the most amazing pistachio burrata I have ever eaten. Every mouthful was divine and paired with a lovely glass of chilled white wine, what more could one want. The staff were beautiful too so it was such a pleasurable experience all round. Please go of you can, its just perfect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing food if you like all sorts of Italian cheeses. Especially the desserts were of great quality (I highly recommend the tiramisu). The waitress was really nice, and speaks English really well (but will switch to Italian in case you want to practice). Definitely recommended!
