β β β β β Poco distante dal Giardino Ibleo, si trova la Chiesa di San Tommaso, nella quale mi sono imbattuto per caso, dirigendomi, a piedi, verso la Chiesa di San Giorgio. Riedificata nel XVIII secolo, conserva alcuni elementi cinquecenteschi, come il portale d'ingresso e il fonte battesimale. Purtroppo l'ho trovata chiusa e non ho potuto visitarne l'interno.
Not far from the Hyblaean Garden, there is the Church of San Tommaso, which I came across by chance, heading on foot towards the Church of San Giorgio. Rebuilt in the eighteenth century, it retains some sixteenth-century elements, such as the entrance portal and the baptismal font. Unfortunately I found it closed and I was unable to visit the inside.
