Don't hesitate to go for her discovery menu, she will tell you a story with the different plates that you won't forget. It is such a pleasure to get the story of what you eat and drink. The owner, a gentle and lovely person, explained the origins of every dish to us and gave great advice about what to eat. In the end we just ordered „traditional“ food which was not explicitly on the menu which was really fresh and tasty. The service and joy we felt as guests was exceptional. I can truly recommend this place to everyone who wants to have great, fresh and local food for an adequate (if not cheap) price. I’ll keep that as a core memory :)

The conversation and cooking tips we got were a memorable experience. Almost like learning from a family member. We were lucky enough to be there on a quiet evening in November and were able to learn so much about the history of Sicilian food. The food was absolutely delicious, and we have a new appreciation of the subtleness of olive oil. We hope to be back in Ragusa again, and if so, we will definitely seek out eXe again. We strongly recommend.

Based on our answer of a light lunch, we proceeded to try the most delicious selection of local cheeses paired with complementary fruits/jams. We then had one of the freshest salads I have ever tried followed by a sumptuous almond semi freddo. We also spoke to the wonderful chef who explained that the concept behind the bistro is to highlight the best fresh local produce prepared by young Sicilians. This experience is a must if stopping by in Ragusa!
P	Pier Sing on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it's a great experience. ingredients are from local small producers, different types of olive oil, cheeses. fresh vegetables and crunchy grapes. the girls spend time to tell local stories and explain the food chain. focus on quality and goodness of ingredients , little cover up with salt. very fair prices. eat what they have. cerasuolo wine was fantastic.
