★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio è essenziale e offre un ottimo servizio. Il personale è carino, serio e qualificato. Servizio vendita ed assistenza valigie ed accessori. Sono qualificati per manutenzioni leggere. In caso di problemi spediscono alla sede centrale di Milano per assistenze più specializzate. Parcheggio impossibile in zona, o al massimo con difficoltà. Consiglio di venire in metro.
The shop is basic and offers great service. The staff is nice, serious and qualified. Sales service and assistance for suitcases and accessories. They are qualified for light maintenance. In case of problems they send to the central office in Milan for more specialized assistance. Impossible to park in the area, or at most with difficulty. I recommend coming by metro.

una menzione particolare a Daniele il responsabile di negozio che in piena quarantena si è occupato della riparazione del mio trunk permettendomi almeno idealmente di continuare a viaggiare..

Found a limited edition aluminum bag I had been searching for and they put it on hold so it was available when I arrived. Quickly processed payment and delivered it to my hotel pronto. Highly recommended especially if you’re from the US as you’ll save quite a bit especially with the VAT savings.
