★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata ospitata con amica a luglio per effettuare la traversata della Marmolada. Posizione molto panoramica, il rifugio e piccolo ma caldo ed accogliente, ottima cucina con specialità e dolci fatti in casa.
I was hosted with a friend in July to cross the Marmolada. Very panoramic position, the refuge is small but warm and welcoming, excellent cuisine with homemade specialties and desserts.

Canederli in brodo con brodo insipido e freddo.
Fetta di polenta tiepida, insipida, crauti immangiabile e anche quelli non molti caldi.
Ma il top è la toilette: impraticabile, disgustosa .... D'accordo sul mantenere un ambiente ruspante .... Ma a tutto c'è un limite.....
Unfortunately we had a bad experience despite the fact that the staff liked it very much for their friendliness and kindness.
Canederli in broth with insipid and cold broth.
Slice of warm, tasteless polenta, inedible sauerkraut and even not very hot ones.
But the top is the toilet: impractical, disgusting .... I agree on maintaining a free-range environment .... But there is a limit to everything .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here to do the north route on Marmolada. The hut staff are amazing and friendly, their food is delicious and the facilities are all you could dream of at an alpine hut. If I lived closer I would visit every week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely small Rifugio with a wonderful view of the Marmolada Glacier and a team of extremely nice and friendly people. The refuge is spartan, but for me this is what makes it great. As for the food: excellent! A unique place only 600m height difference from the parking (around 2 hours hiking)
