Beautiful view of Marmolada. Near World War I tunnels. The bivouac itself will provide enough space for at least 6 people in an emergency.

Dal rifugio Padon si sale x una mezz'oretta, percorso un filo impegnativo, in alcuni tratti bisogna reggersi bene alle funi di acciaio... Astenersi se con semplici scarpe da ginnastica. Ne vale assolutamente la pena. Fa un po' tristezza vedere che qualche incivile è arrivato fin lassù e abbia apposto la sua firma sui legni che qualcuno decenni fa con molta fatica ha portato su... Ma come si dice... La mamma degli imbecilli è sempre incinta! A truly magical place, with an unparalleled view, and very impressive. Da qui si può godere di una vista stupenda sulle Dolomiti e sui laghi presenti ai loro piedi. Da visitare. Starting from the Padon refuge, after a half-hour climb, you reach this bivouac, hidden between the mountains and the war trenches. C	Corona Perer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al Bivacco che è gestito dal Cai, si arriva dopo aver imboccato, al rifugio Padon, il sentiero 638. Non è un sentiero difficile, nell'ultimo tratto è una ferrata, la cosiddetta ferrata delle Trincee. Si arriva al Bivacco che può dare rifugio per dormire per almeno 6/8 posti letto e a poca distanza c'è la caverna con entrata alle gallerie e Trincee della Prima Guerra Mondiale. È un percorso molto emozionante, all'ingresso sulla parete della galleria c'è un crocifisso realizzato con il ferro della grande guerra. Dal Bivacco Bontadini si vede un magnifico panorama sulla valle (malga Ciapela) e una magnifica corona di monti dalla Marmolada ai monti che separano la Val Cordevole dalle confinanti Valli di Fiemme e Fassa, luoghi elettivi delle etnie ladine. At the Bivouac which is managed by the CAI, you arrive after taking path 638 at the Padon refuge.
