★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felt unwelcome by wife owner although we called from the States whether it was okay (it was) to reserve just lodging for 3 nights. Overpaid by more than 2 euros (he charged 5) for hot water charged by husband owner. When found out (menu posted on wall) his answer was NO PROBLEM. We left the next morning as the chair lifts had stopped for the day.
We weren't asking for anything more than to be treated fairly. There are other huts on this mountain you can stay at. Americans beware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is pretty nice and well renewed. Beside the high season I still believe it is too expensive for what it offers. We were pretty disappointed about the ungentle behavior of the girls. Breakfast is well disposed but nothing special. And I believe the curfew at 10 pm is really ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice rooms (we had a one for 4 people), there are shared showers and toilets. Nice area with small lake to swim (however quite cold). Food ok, you can have the menu or à la carte. Sometimes we had to wait a while to order and most of the staff speak only Italien. All in all nice place (more like a Hotel than a Mountain cabin).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eco-friendly mountain hut run by warm and attentive staff. Clean, well-equipped structure with good food at reasonable prices.
That said, it could be a festival tent offering canned beans and it would still get 5 starts in my book due to the amazing location and views. The sunrise on the Dolomites is out of this world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well managed hiking hut with good food and friendly staff. The dishes were amazing and we enjoyed our stay. Great stop over before climbing up Boe. Rooms were clean. Unfortunately just only one shower which results in waiting time in the evening when hikers arrive.
