★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dalla produzione alla vendita diretta di formaggi, sia freschi che stagionati, olio vino e i prodotti della terra. Naturalmente tutto bio. È eccezionale sentire il sapore delle mozzarelle appena fatte.
 From the production to the direct sale of cheeses, both fresh and aged, oil, wine and products of the earth. Of course all organic. It is exceptional to feel the taste of freshly made mozzarella.

Perfect. Even outside the opening hours we were allowed to buy cheese and milk. Milk and cheese very tasty!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati una mattina in questo caseificio tipico leccese per provare dei prodotti caseari genuini e siamo rimasti piacevolmente soddisfatti. Abbiamo preso 3 burratine, del formaggio morbido a fette e 2 ricottine dolci con scaglie di cioccolato. Con 8 euro abbiamo fatto colazione e pranzo. A fine vacanza conto di ripassarci.
We were one morning in this typical dairy of Lecce to try some genuine dairy products and we were pleasantly satisfied. We took 3 burratine, some sliced soft cheese and 2 sweet ricotta with chocolate chips. With 8 euros we had breakfast and lunch. At the end of the holiday I plan on going back

Ho visto le mucche nelle stalle con i ventilatori.
Ho comprato latticini freschi che sono stati una bontà.
I formaggi stagionati davvero molto buoni.
Consigliato.

Really very good aged cheeses.
