Consiglio di visitare la stalla e gli animali quando ci si reca qui. Prezzi leggermente più alti della media a mio avviso. Una bella realtà. Family-run farm located a few kilometers from Porto Cesareo. They sell products made by them very fresh and delicious. I recommend visiting the stable and the animals when you go here. Prices slightly higher than average in my opinion. A beautiful reality.

Abbiamo incontrato una famiglia votata all’amore per la propria terra è capace di ricavarne prodotti meravigliosi. Burrate fresche, ricotta, primo sale, nodini e formaggi stagionati uno più buone dell’altro. Persone cordiali e disponibili e pronte a raccontarti delle soddisfazioni di allevare gli animali, curare gli ulivi e vedere il tempo che scorre come cento anni fa. Persone contente di farti assaggiare i prodotti non per venderteli ma per darti qualcosa in dono, un pezzo della loro storia. Ritorneremo al nord con un ricordo in più! Bravissimi. Consiglio a tutti di andarli a trovare, ne vale assolutamente la pena. After a day at the beach we stopped in this corner of Puglia to savor tastes and aromas. We met a family devoted to love for their land and capable of making wonderful products. Fresh burrata, ricotta, primo sale, knots and aged cheeses, one better than the other. Friendly and helpful people ready to tell you about the satisfactions of raising animals, taking care of the olive trees and seeing the time passing like a hundred years ago. People happy to let you taste the products not to sell them but to give you something as a gift, a piece of their history. We will return to the north with one more memory! Very good. I recommend everyone to visit them, it is absolutely worth it.

Tutto spettacolare alla vista e alle nostre pupille gustative. Tutto ottimo, peccato solo che il caseificio si trovi a 700 km di distanza dalla nostra città. Gentilezza, cordialità ed un ospitalità impagabili contraddistinguono il personale del punto vendita; il punto forte, dopo nonna Immacolata ovviamente, é la qualità dei prodotti in vendita. Formaggi, ricotte, mozzarelle, burrate e altri prodotti del latte in generale, oltre a orecchiette e altra pasta tipica fresca e fatta a mano sono eccellenti, a mio parere paradisiaci. Pulizia rigorosissima con laboratorio a vista. P. S. Anche le stalle con gli animali dai quali viene munto il latte sono a vista subito a lato della struttura. Consigliatissimo, soprattutto per gli amanti dei latticini. Va assolutamente provato e riprovato questo posto perché merita tutti i soldi spesi, che comunque sono poca cosa rispetto alla qualità!. L'azienda è immensa e la posizione assolutamente comoda poiché lungo la strada. Da provare la crema di ricotta salata e le burrate. Una favola Spectacular, a true and traditional Apulian masseria. La burrata è strepitosa, i nodini di mozzarella sono gustosi, morbidi! Anche il formaggio di pecora stagionato, con una consistenza simile al grana più stagionato, è una prelibatezza. I prezzi sono giusti. Mi dispiace soltanto che non abito qua vicino ma a 1000km di distanza, altrimenti ci andrei quasi tutti i giorni?
