Vorrei dirglielo di persona o almeno telefonicamente se almeno si degnassero di rispondere (chiamo a TUTTE le ore da una settimana), ma soprattutto vorrei sapere dove si trova la mia carta d' identità; in quanto era stata smarrita, riportata in caserma e da loro nuovamente persa dopo che avevano assicurato telefonicamente che me l' avrebbero rispedita. Poi silenzio totale. Non rispondono più alle chiamate e dalla stazione dei carabinieri della mia città siamo venuti a conoscenza del fatto che l' hanno smarrita . Per colpa loro ho perso un aereo. COMPLIMENTI.
 PESSIMO command.
I would like to tell him in person or at least by phone if at least he deigned to answer (I call ALL hours for a week), but above all I would like to know where my identity card is; as it had been lost, returned to the barracks and lost by them again after they had assured by telephone that they would have sent it back to me.
